2) Vanya ~ Number 7

Little arms wrapped around your legs as you knelt down to hug them back.
"Hey sweetie, how was it?"
You asked you 7 year-old niece, zipping up her coat for her.

"Y/n! It was amazing I learned all the names of the strings and how to hold it properly and the stick thing is a bow and you have to hold it like this" , she rambled, eyes lighting up with excitement as you nodded along laughing at her enthusiasm.

"Are you Lilians mum?"

A soft voice asked causing your head to whip up in their direction. In front of you stood a girl  with brown hair tired back into a ponytail with a few messy bangs hanging down. She wore a baggy checkered top with blue long jeans. A kind smile on her lips.

"Hi, and no um I'm y/n, Lilian's auntie."
You spoke, standing up fully and extending your hair for her to shake.
"Oh right sorry, I'm Vanya." , she responded shaking your hand with a soft grip.

"She's very talented, it took her less than most to learnt the basics. I'm sure she'll be a master violinist in no time.", Vanya complimented smiling at the young girl before looking up and meeting your eyes.

"Is that so? Well I'm sure she'd love to come for practice next week?"

Lilian nodded her head vigorously, a huge grin on her face as she ran over to Vanya and hugged her legs.

"Thankyou miss Vanya, I can't wait!" She giggled pulling away and grabbing onto your hand, beginning to drag you away down the hall.

As you were being dragged away, you felt a piece of paper slip into your hand. You turned to face Vanya as she smiled shyly and waved. You blushed slightly and muttered a small bye as you were dragged around the corner...
