Stupid Sun

I stayed away from the windows as Bella got ready for school,seeing as it's sunny out. I hate you sun.

I huffed our a breath and lied on the couch with my hands over my eyes.

"Did you sleep last night?" Bella asks as she shrugs on her rain jacket.

"Not really, go to school you'll be late for class," I mumble lowly but loud enough for her to hear.
She hummed in response and opened the door, "want me to come make you lunch?"

"I'll be fine, I'll eat with dad, I sighed sitting up.

The door closed and I closed my eyes. The birds chirp and fly around, the sound of Bella's truck starting and leaving, I realized how lonely I was. A man of 28 years with white hair has his arms around a male with brown hair at the age of 32 to his right, and me to his left.

"Alex hurry I'm starving over here!" The white man exclaims dramatically blue eyes twinkling.

"Shane shut up! Don't you know ladies love to take their time getting ready?" I ask with a teasing voice.

The newly dubbed Shane gasps," I see no ladies here though."

The brown haired male smacks the back of Shane's head growling, " Shut up you Baka!" He switches to whispering with a terrorized face, "you never know when she is on her period"

I sweat dropped at that. Why do I have such idiotic partners? I ask myself.

"Let's just go," I growl pissed at what Luke said about me.

I dry sob, wanting to cry but can't.

"Alright let's start the torture!" I exclaimed excitedly.

"But we don't have to...right?" Shane asks with a pout, blue eyes near tears.

"If I'm doing it then so do you old man." I said as I started the run leading the group of people for a potential fourth squad member.

Luke watches with his calculated golden amber eyes, ticking off names of the people who don't qualify or our perfession.

As they do push-ups Luke, Shane, and I watch them correcting and pointing out who we think might make it.

"I say the bulky over there wont make it," Shane points to a male perfectly doing push-ups. Too perfect.

"He's out."

Luke crosses off him off.
