She is lying in a lake. There was a thin sheet of ice covering it which is now broken. It's pieces float on the surface of the water. I'm not sure what place this is but there is a blanket of white covering every square inch of the ground. Mountains and huge rocks that rose from the ground dangled pointy daggers of solid ice from their cliffs and edges. The snow is thick and each handful light. It is freezing. Heavy, cold winds blow vigorously and scatter snow unto her skin. She laughs like a child, claiming that it tickles. I yell at her to get out of the water because I know that the deadly virus will reach for her faster than I can.

'Bambi!'

More laughter. Then a single snowflake drops unto her forehead and she begins to scream. Her body shakes malevolently and her screams shatter the icy daggers and shake the mountains and rocks. Piles of snow that has been stacked up and balanced on the highest point of the mountain starts to fall, and as her screams get louder it falls faster. The cold wind directs itself towards and drops even more snowflakes on her skin. She finally stops screaming and the snow stops in its tracks. Tears start to pour from her eyes and she whispers something about her head in between her sobs. Her body shakes even more until she slams her head against the broken sheet of ice she floated on. She disappears under the dark blue lake despite my cries of "no" and when her body floats back to the surface she becomes an ice sculpture.

'Chris Henderson?'

I jerk my head up. My vision is blurry and the sky is dark. Dr. Marin is standing by the door watching my sluggish attempts at sitting up.

'You can like, come in' I mumble sleepily.

'I wasn't asking for permission, Mr Henderson' she walks in and takes a seat right next to me.

'Well?'

'Mr Henderson-'

'You can call me Chris'

'Chris, what is your relation to Candice Rhodes?'

'Boyfriend'

She purses her lips satisfied.

'I'm glad you didn't make up a long winded lie'

'The receptionist was really stupid to believe that I live in the same neighbourhood as Candice and not know her address'

'She does not have the strongest I.Q points' Dr. Marin nods.

'Is that how you sugar-coat the word stupid?'

She laughs and flicks the hair out of her eyes.

'I can't remember my dream' I whisper.

'You had a dream?'

'Yeah, an awful one'

'You want to remember it?'

I nod.

'I think it had something important'

'Why are you here Chris Henderson?'

'We've been over this; you can call me Chris'

'I know, I just happen to really like your last name Chris Henderson'

I laugh because I haven't in a while and up till now I thought the only person that could make me laugh was Bambi.

'I'm here because my girlfriend is dying and her being in the hospital is under her instruction and I'm doing whatever I can to save her'

'Mmmmmm' she smiles 'Just like Michelle'

Probably, the blonde-haired, green-eyed nurse.

'I think I've met her'

'She's been through the same thing, and you were right about the accusation thing'
