It feels good to have someone.

"...and I was just trying if I can reach for those stars." He said as he looks up. Rosé looked up too and saw the twinkling stars in the night sky. The moon is shining so bright above them too.

Rosé sighed. Silence came in between them, crickets were heard around. She look down at the spilled pasta on the floor.. another sigh was heard from her then she looked back up at the dark sky.

"You can't reach them unless you have a rocket to go to the space, dummy." She said.

Another silence.

The cold breeze is enveloping them, the silence seems so loud but both found peace in it. It was indeed a relaxing moment. Rosé's heart calmed down. She was really scared earlier.

"When you said what you said earlier. Did you mean it?" Junhoe suddenly asked.

"Huh? What did I say?"

"When you said that you're here...for me?"

Rosé looked at Junhoe who's still looking up to the sky. His face was being lighted by the moon and his eyes are sparkling.

"Yes."

Junhoe closes his eyes and smile. But that smile never reaches his eyes. A smile that she saw the last time, a sad one.

"Why?" She asked.

"Nothing. It just feel good to hear those words. It feels good to have someone."

The moment Junhoe said that, her heart starts to beat like crazy than earlier. She didn't talk, another silence between them until Junhoe starts to talk again.

"I was being abused by my father..." He opened up.

"It started when I was 12 years old. My mum left us to another man and until then, all my father's anger and frustrations, he's taking it all on me by beating me up. I was also bullied and never really had any friends."

Rosé couldn't find any words. She wanted to say something but nothing was coming out from her mouth.
