Walking home
Rosé is now preparing to close her shop. She's been occupied the whole day by what Lisa said earlier this morning. That's why she didn't noticed Junhoe approached her when she's closing her shop.
"Are you okay?"
She almost jumped when he spoke, Rosé turn around to see Junhoe standing behind her. "You scared me." She said, her hand on her chest trying to calm her heart down.
"I'm sorry. But are you okay? You look bothered...did something happen?" He asked.
"Yeah---I mean no. I'm okay. Everything's fine." She smiled. "You really meant of walking me home tonight huh?"
Junhoe's side lips rose for a smile, "It's actually an honor to walk you home tonight."
Rosé scoff a chuckle, "Whatever." She said and started walking along the street. They're walking side by side. The street is starting to be lighten up by the lamp posts and the outside lights from the different shops around. People are either walking or driving home now. No one's really talking at first, Rosé can't really think of any topic that they might talk about. She's just not really good at opening a topic in this kind of situation.
It feels awkward for her now but not for Junhoe. He enjoys the silence between them while walking. He's also enjoying the sight of different people walking past by them from the other side of the street. Everyone's busy minding their own thing.
He actually likes walking at night than staying at home alone. He hates being alone because it's so loud... his mind is being so loud whenever he's alone and that's why he always walks at night to divert his thoughts to things around.
