He's mine. I claimed him!
His accent is amazing and he brings an aura of awesome to Doctor Who. I love the way he says certain things and his acting is perfect (well, I think so). He was born to play the Tenth Doctor. He has the number ten in his last name. Coincidence? I think not! He's so handsome and, to prove this, I'm going to tell you a story.
I have a friend who knew nothing about Doctor Who. She thought it was a movie for the love of Four! I showed her the episode Blink. After watching this, she liked Doctor Who but told me she will only watch the episodes with David in it. She also added him to her 'Sexy People' list. Now we fangirl over him together!
Whenever I see a photo or poster with him on it, I need it to practically survive! I'm currently making a collage of his face. I just... there are not enough words to explain what makes him so brilliant. I'm gonna hop in my TARDIS now before I bore you.

I may get some hate for this, but David is not my favourite doctor. It may be the lack of episodes I've seen with him in it, it may be because of how hard I ship NinexRose, but, in all honesty, he's only my fourth favourite doctor. As try-hard hipster as it sounds, I think he's a bit overrated... I'm sure my mind will change after I've seen a few more episodes with him, however.
I can't say I dislike how he looks. His hair is...fairly adorable... and his face is probably my favourite when it comes to Doctor Who. I think that if Matt Smith wasn't such a handsome man, Tennant would be my favourite in terms of looks. However, Matt is a relentless fighter with his non-existent eyebrows and adorable smile.
That's really all I have to say on the matter until I've seen more of Tennant. I'm done.
