I am a collector
I like to keep each book I've read
the different kinds of lipsticks
and their shades on my drawer
keeping the image of all the beautiful
paintings I've ever took
replaying every movie I've ever seen
in my head and relive each scene
each character
every song I've ever heard
and let my mind kiss every lyrical line
icons above my bed
memories in my heart
and bittersweet wistfulness
collected like the sunken petals of a flower
and I put them in my hair
dancing to the sound of my own footsteps
walking around in my inner gallery
of all these collections
