A forgotten child (Completed)

First day of year 7

Noah

Ok so i'm no longer 10, i'm now 12. The twins are 11 as they are just over 6 months younger than me. My birthday is september 1st so i'm the oldest in my year. Its the first day of year 7, so exciting. I found out that amber is going to be in my form class, which means that we will have most of the same classes together. Sadly because her and austin are twins there not aloud to be in the same form class, which i don't really understand why. They were both upset at first but they seem to be ok with it now.
Oh and i almost forgot to tell you, on the 18th of march the day after the twins turned 10, my mum got up and left. No explanation, no nothing. I stayed in a foster home for a while which i hated as there was about 9 other kids staying there and i got no privacy. As soon as i left Primary school tilly (the receptionist at the school) decided to adopt me. See whilst i was still in the school she wasnt aloud to adopt me, it was against the rules. It had been about 2 months since tilly adopted me and i couldn't be happier, i have an amazing bestfriend. And i also finally have a mum who cares about me.
Me and amber walked into our form class together, we sat next to eachother and started to talk whilst we waited for our tutor to arrive. She walked into the classroom and introduced herself.
"hello i'm miss picket, i'm going to be your tutor for your entire time you spend with us here at school. Now seen as i don't know you yet how about we go around the room and say our names and something about ourself"
We went around the room until it got to me,
"i'm noah white, and i like to write songs"
"thats very interesting noah, its lovely to meet you"
Next amber went,
"i'm amber buswell, and i have a twin brother called austin who also goes to school here"
"buswell, i recognise that name. You know Dianne buswell don't you"
"yeah shes my adopted parents daughter, so shes my sister"
"i can't believe i finally get to meet the not so little anymore girl that mr joseph sugg used to help out"
"He still does miss picket"
"there still together"
"yep, they live together now along with me and austin"
"you know i was there form tutor as well"
"small world, i can't wait to tell them"
The rest of the class had there turns before miss let us go early.
"ok you guys can all go"
We all stood up to leave, i took ambers bag as her shoulder has been hurting recently as she was dropped when she was at dance during a lift. Just as we was about to leave the classroom miss picket stopped amber,
"Amber could i talk to you for a minute"
Amber grabbed my hand and dragged me to miss pickets desk.
"yes miss"
"i was wondering whether you could get joe and Dianne to come in to see me, i need to discuss with them the issues you go through but also it would be nice to have a catch up and see if they could do something for me"
"Sure, i can speak to them about it. Noah can you..."
"i will remind you ambs, its ok"
"thanks"
"glad to see you already have  friends"
"we've been bestfriends since year 5"
"well i'm happy you have eachother to get through secondary school, it can be hard but if you ever need any help my door is always open"
"thank you miss"
"now i'll let you go try and find your first class room, enjoy your first day and ill see you at the end of the day"
"bye"
We both walked out of our tutor room and headed to first lesson.

We was sat in tutor at the end of the day, finally the bell went,
"ok off you go everyone"
Me and amber stood up, i took her bag and we walked out of our tutor room together. Austin was waiting for us outside, amber ran up to austin and hugged him before all three of us left the school. We got into tillys car, she dropped us off at joe and Diannes house,
"i'll pick you up at 7 ok"
"ok, bye tilly"
"bye noah, have fun"
All three of us ran up to the front door, austin knocked. A few moments later we heard footsteps running down the stairs, joe opened the door. He was topless and had just a pair of shorts on.
"hi joey, wheres Dianne"
"shes upstairs getting changed"
"what for, its the afternoon"
"I don't know"
"hay amber don't forget to ask joe and Dianne"
"oh yeah"
"ask us what" Dianne said coming down the stairs, she was in her pjs
"i thought joe said you was getting changed"
"yeah i was, i was getting changed into my pjs"
"at 4 o'clock in the afternoon"
"why not"
"ok, anyway guess who mine and noahs tutor is"
"who"
"miss picket"
"no way, we haven't seen her in over a year"
"well lucky for you guys, she asked for me to get you two to go to see her. She needs to discuss with you things to do with me, but she also wants a catch up"
"when"
"She didn't say so i guess anytime really"
"how about this then, tomorrow me and di will pick you three up from school and we will speak to her then"
"sounds like a good plan"

The rest of the evening went really well, we played games, had dinner and talked about our days. It got to 7 o'clock and tilly picked me up, we went home and tilly tucked me into bed.

I hope you liked this chapter, i think i might do another time skip. Sorry if you don't like time skips but i have a cute amber and noah idea so yeah.
