Amber

Noah had just left for work, leaving me with Dianne. I somehow had to convince her to let me go to the shops which i already know is not going to happen.
"so shall we have a movie day lil sis"
"sounds good but can we pop to the shops today, i really need to go and get something"
"you think i haven't been given strict rules to follow, sorry amber no can do. Noah would probably kill me"
"Dianne you don't understand how badly i need to pick this thing up"
"how about this, I'll message joe and see if hes busy. Maybe he can pick it up for you"
"ummm, i'm not sure whether i want joe to get this. Its kind of embarrasing"
"Amber hes married to me, trust me joe doesn't get weirded out by girls things"
"ok fine"
"now what is you need"
"don't worry i'll just message joe and tell him"
"ok"

An hour later

Finally i here a knock on the door, Dianne went downstairs to answer it and a few minutes later Dianne and blake walked into my room as did joe who was carrying harlie and a bag. Oh by the way harlie is there 5 year old daughter, and blake is there 9 year old son. In other words my niece and nephew. Joe handed me a bag, you could almost see the excitement in his eyes.
"thank you joey, sorry you had to get this for me but noah told Dianne not to let me leave the house"
"you threw up this morning, hes trying to take care of you"
"Amber i don't mean to be impatient but the wait from my house, to the shops, to here has killed me enough"
"what do you mean"
"don't worry, give me a minute"
I got out of bed and walked into mine and noahs on suite, taking the bag with me.

5 minutes later

I walked out of the bathroom and back into my room, blake had taken harlie downstairs to the living room so it was just joe and Dianne in the room. i had the biggest smile plastered on my face which caused joe to run over and pick me up spinning me around.
"i'm so confused whats going on"
i handed Dianne the bag, she took out the item joe had picked up for me before bursting into tears.
"my baby sisters having a baby"
"yep, and i cant wait"
"how you going to tell noah"
"i have an idea, but i need austin here for it"
"let me call him for you"
"thank you"
Joe walked out of my room whilst he called austin, Dianne ran over to me picking me up.
"my baby sister is having a baby"
"di, you already said that"
"i know i'm just in shock"
Joe then walked back into the room,
"ok so austin is coming and hes bringing billie and annabelle"
(billie being his wife and annabelle being his 2 month old daughter)
"ok thats cool"
"so whats this idea you have"
"well i'm going to give you two a sign, austin and billie a sign and then i'm going to have a sign."
"saying what?"
"yours and joes sign will say
'it happened to us twice, the first 9 years ago and the second 5 years ago'
Then austin and billies sign will say
'it happened 2 months ago'
Finally my sign will say
'its going to happen soon'"
"thats cute"
"if he doesn't understand what it means i'm going to tell him to look on the kitchen counter, where the test will be"
"hes going to love this"

Knock knock knock

Joe ran downstairs and opened the door, Dianne and me walked down the stairs to be greeted at the bottom by my twin brother, sister-in-law, and niece. I pulled austin into a massive hug, before hugging billie lightly as she had a sleeping annabelle on her.
"so how comes you needed us here"
"well i'm about to give noah the biggest news of his life, and i need some help to do it"
"right ok?"
"Dianne can you give them it please"
Dianne had been holding the bag with the test in it since the moment i Gave it to her. She handed it over to austin, he looked into the bag and started to tear up.
"are you serious"
"yep"
He got up and ran over to me, pulling me into the biggest hug of my life. I felt tears dropping onto my shoulder, billie looked at me confused before i mouthed the words i'm pregnant' to her, she tried to get up but then realised she had annabelle. Dianne took annabelle and immediatly billie joined me and austin in our hug.

Over the next few hours we made our signs and watched a movie, until i got a text from noah.

Noah - hay babe, i'm about 5 minutes away from home. Ive missed you so much today. Xxx
Amber - hay n, ok i'm in the living room at the minute so ill see you as soon as you get home. Theres a few people over by the way, and ive missed you too xxx
Noah - oh whos over xxx
Amber - joe, Dianne, blake, harlie, austin, billie, annabelle xxx
Noah - wow lots of people, anyway ill see you in a minute love you loads bye xxx
Amber - love you to bye xxx

"hes coming, lets get into positions"
I put the test onto the counter before joining everyone else. We had decided that joe and Dianne were going to Stand at the front the austin and billie behind them and the finally be behind them. One by one we was going to reveal our signs to noah. I was so excited to tell him, he was going to be so happy.

Noah

I finally pulled up outside mine and ambers house after a long day of work. All i could think about today was amber, i really hope shes feeling better. I walked into my house to see a line of people holding signs, i read all the signs before looking into ambers eyes, i was slightly confused. She told me to go look on the counter so i did. As soon as i saw the test i burst into tears
'positive', i'm finally going to have a little baby with the woman i love. I ran over to amber scooping her up and spinning her around.
"your pregnant"
"i am"
We shared a little kiss before everyone there congratulated me, as they had already obviously congratulated amber.
We decided to facetime the rest of our families to tell them the news, everyone was so excited for us.
