Today was the day, everything had been planned out by Harriet's Mom, Tom's mother, and their two closest friends, Scarlet Johannson and Elizabeth Olsen, all of them knew the sex of Harriet and Tom's baby and potentially how many they were having, but neither of them was sure enough just yet.
Both Tom and Harriet were not allowed to know the location of the baby shower, as it was confidential between the four of them hosting it, they wouldn't find out the gender right away, they would have drinks, food and some party games beforehand.
Harriet placed a protective hand over her stomach, she was now six almost seven months pregnant and Tom had been protective of her and the baby the past couple of months since she started showing. She loved that side of him but sometimes she'd hope that he would leave her alone for a few minutes, it made her go crazy sometimes that he was constantly hovering but all the same, she loved that he was being protective over her and their baby.
Their friends were teasing them constantly on Instagram about the baby shower and Harriet desperately wanted to know, she knew that Tom did as well, though he hid it very well. He had tried bribing Lizzie every time they hung out as a group, which ended up being at Tom and Harriet's apartment, they had been thinking for a while to move into a house, somewhere they can raise their baby in an environment where it would be safe from busy streets and loud noises that it might not like. Harriet wanted to know the sex of her baby so badly, but she knew she had to suck it up for at least another three hours.
"Are you ready?" Lizzie asked as she let herself into Tom and Harriet's apartment, everyone did that, all of the MCU cast knew where each other lived and how to get into their places as they were like family and always welcomed.
"Yes, just let me grab something." Harriet said, Tom, smiled and held out what she was going to get which was her purse with her phone in it. Harriet smiled and kissed him quickly but sweetly. She turned to face Lizzie and the young woman was smiling.

Harriet had decided to wear something nice for her baby shower, so she wore a dress and managed to squeeze her feet into high heels but she knew she would later regret that decision so she made sure to bring an extra pair of shoes. It was a nice day outside their apartment as they followed Lizzie. They had no idea what she had planned but they knew it was going to be eventful. They all got into Lizzie's car and she drove them to a park, where many people were crowded around tables of what seemed to be food. Harriet knew they were her friends and family. All except Meghan and Harry would be here today. Harriet probably wouldn't see Meghan until Harriet herself gave birth, as Meghan was in her later stages of pregnancy, in her ninth month to be exact which meant bed rest and no engagements until she had recovered from giving birth and was able to walk around again.
"They're here!" Someone shouted, it turned out to be Sebastian Stan, who Harriet hadn't seen in months, since their wedding.
"Seb." She said, pulling him into a hug gently, everyone gave the almost parents a hug. Tom was carrying his brother Paddy on his hip and giving him a hug, Harriet smiled from over her mother's shoulder as she watched her husband, he was so great with kids.
"I'm sorry about the comments on Tom's last Instagram post," Sebastian said.
"Hey it's perfectly fine Sebastian, I forgive you, he's only playing. The one most likely to kill you three would be me." Harriet said with a smile, Sebastian's eyes widened and she laughed.
"I would never kill you, you are like the brother I never had," Harriet said. Sebastian smiled and pulled the girl into another gentle hug. He also loved her like a sister, she meant the world to him so if Tom ever hurt her heart again he would definitely kill him.
Harriet said hello to everyone who had made it, the entire MCU cast had made it, the Russo Brothers had been invited to, in turn, a lot of pictures were made with the future mother and everyone there. Harriet shared a heartfelt moment with her mother when she gave her the first present.
"This used to be yours, before that it was Meghan's." She said Harriet looked at Tom before opening the box. It was a teddy bear that Harriet had thought she'd lost when she was six.
"I found it hiding in the basement," Doria said with a smile on her face as her daughter almost started crying.
"Mom, I love it." She said, pulling her into a gentle hug, everyone was being careful not to hurt Harriet as she was pregnant.
"This next one, is a combined one from everyone in MCU, literally everyone, and then we'll do separate presents," Lizzie said as she handed Tom the present. It was a box when Tom opened it Harriet pulled the gift out, a nightlight with all the characters of the Marvel Universe. Harriet smiled, it meant that everyone in the MCU already loved the baby to bits.
"Okay, time for the baby reveal," Lizzie said, Scarlet had her phone out, recording the entire thing, she wasn't the only one either.
"Here you go, and here you go," Lizzie said, Handing Tom and Harriet two color bombs in a rocket that would go off when they pulled the string, revealing the gender of the baby.
"Okay, count down!" Lizzie said, everyone started counting down from ten, Harriet gripped her string in anticipation before she heard the number
"ONE!" Everyone yelled, they pulled the strings at the same time, revealing...................
