"Just want you to be safe"

Next morning..

Felicity was sitting in her cabin, in the IT department, probably working on a security system asked by her boss Oliver Queen, when he entered to the department

"How's my security system going on??" Oliver said standing near the door

"Oh Mr. Queen... Good morning.."
"It's going great... I need little more time..." felicity added quickly after a pause

"Ms. Smoak, I was told that you are the smartest person in my company and henceforth, trusting in you, I gave this work to you... What is that taking you time?" Oliver explained by standing infront of Felicity by placing his both hands on the table

"Well Mr. Queen, I have other important work too... And still I'm trying my very best to complete your work" felicity said looking at Oliver

"Well.. than put those jobs on hold and complete my work first" Oliver said in furious tone

"Mr. Queen if I put those jobs on hold, I'm sure your company will have to face many problems.."
Felicity explained

"I don't care how you handle both, but I'm giving you a deadline by tomorrow... Do it...somehow" Oliver said raising her voice

"I'm trying Mr.Queen.. and if you have so much problem, than hire someone else.." felicity said firmly by standing infront of Oliver, before Oliver turned to watch away by giving angry look to felicity

"I still don't get is.. you have such an security 24x7 around you.. and why you need such system..." Felicity mummhered

"FELICITY... thats none of your business!!" Oliver said walking back to Felicity and banging her table, which made felicity terrified and brought tears in her eyes.

"Hey man, you both doing okay??" John said approaching to the cabin after hearing Oliver scream;
He looked at felicity being scared and added further, "oh God, Oliver..." and felicity simply walked out of the cabin feeling embarrassed about how Oliver treated her
"Oliver, Are u out of your mind?? What this poor girl did to you??" John questioned Oliver, by Oliver didn't answer, but simply walked out of the cabin.

Felicity on other side, cried by locking herself into the toilet; it took her almost an hour to get her self back together.
She finally made a decision to quit working for Oliver, and to tell inform this, she walked to Oliver's cabin;
Where she found Oliver flirting and kissing a woman, right in his cabin; that was laurel lance, Oliver's ex girl friend.
Felicity felt it was inappropriate to talk to Oliver at that moment, and simply choose to walk away, when Oliver stopped her after noticing her, "Ms. Smoak... It's okay.. you can come in"

Felicity stood near the cabin glass door and said, "Mr. Queen I want to discuss something with you... It's urgent"

"Yes sure... Tell me..." Oliver said walking to felicity by putting his shirt on, "Ms. Smoak, I would like to introduce you to Ms. Laurel Lance.. my girlfriend.." Oliver added

"More like I'm his ex girlfriend..." Laurel said with a small laugh

"Mr. Queen.. i feel this isn't the right time to discuss the thing I have to, I should probably come back some other time.." felicity said before walking out of the cabin

That whole day felicity waited for Oliver to be alone in his cabin to approach about his resignation, but that day was isn't in her favour
Felicity worked that day till 9:00 pm, due to Oliver's deadline, plus she wanted to finished the job appointed to her and leave that place as soon as she can.

As usual felicity when she was going to the parking lot, Oliver who had just arrived, noticed her; checking his watch and realising that it was too late, Oliver walked to her car.

"Ms. Smoak... You wanted to discuss something earlier.." Oliver said standing outside the car
"Mr. Queen, I will... Tomorrow... I don't think this is the right place either.. plus I'm going to meet my friend.. and I should probably get going.." felicity explained, before he start her car are drived out and Oliver stood there itself and moving his hands over his face he ran back to his car and decided to follow felicity

Felicity on other parked her car on the road side, just few blocks away from glades and walked to the glades to meet her friend.
Oliver simply stayed by sitting in his car, a few miles away and spyed over felicity.

He waited for almost more than a hour, just to be sure that felicity was safe.
She wasn't there yet and that made him worry, and getting infront the bag which had his Arrow suit, he quickly changed himself into it by staying in the car, and looking around, he quickly ran out of the car along with bow in his hand

He decided to sit on nearly rooftop and look over felicity, when he heard a scream and jumping off the roof, he followed the scream and reached out for her, where he found some men's trying to touch Felicity.

"Leave the girl alone..." Oliver said in a robotic voice, sitting on a stairs on a building, pointing an Arrow to one of the man, who was holding Felicity's hand

"Or else..??" The man said laughingly

"Or I will have to pass this arrow through your head" Oliver said

"Shut up, you freak..." The man jokingly said

"I'm asking you once again... Leave the girl alone.." Oliver firmly said

"Do what you want" the man answered before dragging felicity; and Oliver quickly shot a arrow through his leg, which made him fall down

"Does anyone else wants me to do the same??" Oliver firmly questioned before the other gang members ran away, leaving felicity alone

"Thank you... Whoever you are..." Felicity said looking at Oliver, unknowing that he is Oliver hrr boss
"Felicity smoak..you shouldn't be out here so late..." Oliver said in robotic voice

"How did--do you know my name??" Felicity questioned and he chooses not to answer, and shooting an Arrow across the next building, and holding the wire, he flew away.

Felicity was still into shock that how he knew her name. She kept replaying the same thought as she drove to her apartment.

Later that night, when felicity was asleep, Oliver came to her room just to see if she was okay.
And found felicity asleep on the chair with laptop on her lap; he carefully walked inside and taking off the laptop from her lap, he carried her carefully enough so that she isn't awake, and placing her on the bed, he pulled the sheets over her and moving her hand over her face, he walked back to the balcony when someone stopped him by holding his hand.

He didn't move and froze there itself thinking what to do now;
"I know you come to my room daily..." Felicity said in soft voice, breathing heavily, and that made Oliver turn towards her

"I just wanted to be sure that you are okay.." Oliver said in robotic voice

"But why? Why are you so worried about me??" Felicity said stepping closer to Oliver,
"Who are you ??" She added further

"I'm sorry, I can't tell you that..." Oliver replied
Felicity took a step more closer to him, looking deeply into his eyes, with deep voice, she said
"But why..?? You saved my life so many times..."
"Why can't you tell me who you are.. I promise I won't tell anyone.." felicity said by raising her hand to take off Oliver's hood;
And Oliver took steps back, and jumped off the balcony, making felicity worried; she ran to the balcony just to see if she could see him but she couldn't find any trace of him
