36. the ending

Jeongguk view

The sun had risen, settling itself perfectly among the clouds. Jeongguk and taehyung were currently laying in bed beneath the silk sheets, taehyungs head resting on the olders chest as his hand rested beside him.

A loud grumble of a stomach seemed to wake up both peacefull males.

"tae?" jeongguk muttered as he winced, getting used to the light. He sat up, bringing the now awake taehyung up with him. He rested his head on the said males shoulder, his eyes closed as he  sat silent for a few seconds, taehyung massaging his hair.

"Good morning baby" The older muttered as he ran a hand through his morning bed hair.

"Good morning gukkie" taehyung shyly murmured in reply, remembering the events of last night as deep red coated his glowing cheeks. Jeongguk looked at him in awe, taking in the males beauty.

"why do you have to be so beautiful hm?" jeongguk playfully growled as he latched his hands onto taehyungs sides, starting to tickle the male. Taehyung squirmed around on the bed, the sheets crinkling completely under him as his hair was splayed out everywhere, just as jeongguk was tickling the male under his neck a loud yelp cut him from his actions.

"taehyung?  Are you okay?" he asked worriedly as he hovered over the male.

"i-it hurts Gukk, down t-there" taehyung whimpered, pointing to his lower region as he looked at jeongguk with wide eyes.

"oh baby, i'm sorry, was i too hard?  Here" jeongguk stopped mid sentence opening his drawer as he grabbed some painkillers for taehyung to take. "take these hm?"

As jeongguk fetched taehyung a glass of water, he sat down on the bed again, making taehyung straddle his lap carefully. He caressed the sides of taehyungs waist gently, making the said male sigh in content.

"all done?" jeongguk asked once he saw taehyung gulp down the painkiller. The male nodded, leaning his head against the olders shoulder as he got comfortable.

"we have to shower baby" jeongguk chuckled once he realised taehyung was getting comfortable.

Taehyung Made a muffled sound of protest however contradicting himself as he lifts his head up from jeongguks shoulder anyway.

And once they were in the shower (together of course) both males headed down to get breakfast, enjoying the silence in the morning as they sunk in the feeling of peace and love.

Two days later jeongguk and taehyung were back at work, taehyung sleeping on jeongguks couch as the latter worked away at his new game he was currently designing. He took a glance at taehyung, smiling fondly at the male as he snapped a quick picture of him.

He chuckled, putting his phone away as his eyes focused on the screen in front of him, determined to get it done so he could spend the day with his boyfriend.

Two hours later jeongguk finally decided to finish up. He sighed heavily as he cracked his neck, his stiff muscles releasing, he looked over to taehyung who was still fast asleep.

"baby? Wake up, ive finished work" jeongguk muttered, softly shaking taehyungs arm as he pushed the males hair back.

Taehyung squirmed slightly, moving around as his eyes met jeongguks, he smiled tiredly leaning into the soft touch of jeongguks hand stroking his hair.

"hey baby" jeongguk smiled, pecking taehyungs lips.

"hello gukkie" taehyung smiled in return, now sitting  up on the couch wrapping his arms around jeongguks neck. In reply jeongguk snaked his arms around taehyungs waist, lifting him up so he was carrying him.

"are we going home?" taehyung asked as he yawned, leaning his head against the males chest.

Jeongguk looked down at the male smiling fondly.

"yes. We're going home."

As they arrived home, jeongguk immedietly placed taehyung down onto the bed, as he dumped his blazer anywhere. He laid beside taehyung, once again wrapping his arms around him as he caressed the males waist.

"how are you feeling my love?" jeongguk whispered, placing kisses all over taehyungs neck.

"great. I couldnt be happier" taehyung said as he looked up at jeongguk fondly, not breaking the eye contact.

"is that so?" jeongguk hummed, trailing his forefinger across taehyungs face, from his eyebrow to his lips.

"yeah..." Taehyung yawned again feeling ever so tired.

Jeongguk chuckled at how tired his boyfriend was, he removed his top along with taehyungs pants, throwing them on the floor as he laid down again.

"go to sleep beautiful , i love you" jeongguk whispered, kissing taehyungs hair briefly as he too, fell asleep close beside his one and only lover.
