The heat suffocated Autumn's body as she trailed behind the group, stomping and sliding her feet tiredly.

Her throat burned for something to drink as she became more and more dehydrated.

Sweat beads would fall every now and then from her forehead and she wiped them away with the back of her hand sighing.

She currently had her hair up in a messy bun while she was holding her jacket across her shoulders.

"Can we please take a break?" Autumn asked out loud hoarsely, as she leaned against a tree slightly begging for some kind of shade from the ball of heat.

"Yeah, what's the rush? You don't survive a spear through the heart." Bellamy replied waving his gun around smiling.

"Put the gun away, Bellamy." Wells said approaching Bellamy dangerously right before Murphy stopped him, "Well, why don't you do something about it, huh?"

Autumn rolled her eyes tired of the bickering from both boys repeatedly.

"Jasper screamed when they moved him. If the spear struck his heart, he'd have died instantly. It doesn't mean we have time to waste." Clarke said shutting down any possibility of leaving, she turned around to continue her trail.

Autumn pushed herself off the tree continuing her longing trail until Bellamy gripped Clarke's wrist.

"As soon as you take this wristband off, we can go." Bellamy threatens, leaning closer to the blonde beauty face.

"You have a serious obsession with getting the wristbands off, Blake," Autumn said tying her jacket around her waist.

Clarke snatched her wrist from Bellamy's grip, "The only way the Ark is gonna think I'm dead is if I'm dead. Got it?" She asked rhetorically.

"Brave princess." He smirked as he stepped up to her before stepping back as Finn came from behind a couple of bushes.

Autumn's eyes lit up as she saw her best friend, "Hey, why don't you find your own nickname?" He said.

Finn immediately sees Autumn's state and jogs up to her, he places the back of his hand of the girl's forehead feeling how warm she was he asks her if she's okay.

Autumn replied with a small nod but Finn was still a bit skeptical, "You call this a rescue party? Got to split up, cover more ground. Autumn and Clarke, come with me."

"Better late than never," Clarke said with a tone.

"I like to think so," Finn said as he sighed.

Autumn whimpered as she lifted her arms as she did when she was a child when she wanted Finn to carry her.

"You got the wrong one," Finn smirked as he refused to pick up Autumn.

Autumn flipped Finn off as she walked up to Clarke to continue their trail.

"I've been thinking about Mount Weather. How come they didn't attack until Jasper crossed the river?" Finn asked, "It's not like we were being quiet and they didn't know we were there."

"They waited for us to cross. The river's a boundary, which means Mount Weather is off limits," Clarke scoffs, "How are we gonna get those supplies? What are we gonna do for food?" Clarke asked out loud.

Aunt noticed Finn jog next to a tree as he searched for whatever was making the sound that caught his attention.

Autumn walked up next to Finn as Clarke followed right behind her. She widened her eyes and gave a toothy grin as she witnessed the beautiful waterfall in front of her.
