A/N: I apologize for such the long wait on this next chapter! I'm pretty sure saying "I forgot" is a bad excuse but I did! I'm so sorry!

Enjoy this chapter!———————
As you pulled up to the building you could tell you were going to hate this job. That is, if you got it. It wouldn't be a surprise to you if Kato got it and you didn't. You sucked ass at interviews, always stuttering and becoming flustered easily. Doing anything under stress made you screw up. You shook your head and climbed out of the car, locking the doors behind you as you walked towards the building full of screams. In other words, Hell.
As soon as you opened that front door, you were hit with a wave of smells; grease, pizza, sweat and more grease. Revolted by the smell, you sought out a quiet corner of the restaurant. It felt near impossible until you spotted the right spot; the farthest corner from any human being in this place. You made your way towards the table and sat down, letting out a stressed breath as you did so. How could anyone survive ten minutes in this place?! You nearly tripped over five kids all at once on your way over and narrowly missed a slice of pizza flying your way.
Now you sat in a quiet corner, as quiet as this place will allow anyways. You were sitting under the air vent, which provided relief from the hot and sweaty environment. But at the same time it made your ears bleed.
A slice of pizza came flying towards you and nearly hit you in the face. You could hear a mother scolding her child for using food as a rubber ball. Shaking your head, you sigh heavily and put your head in your hands while resting your elbows on the gross table.
Before long, you could hear a chair get pulled from the table and someone sitting in it. You lift your head to see a rather tall man with dark brown hair, slicked back to be more professional, his eyes were a velvety blue. You didn't want to stare at him so you looked away to avoid eye contact and anything awkward that might follow. The man chuckled and leaned forward a little bit, "Not much of a talker are we?" His voice was buttery smooth, British too. You were a sucker for accents. You hated it sometimes, it would be all you thought about in a conversation. You look back at him and smile awkwardly, "Sorry." A nervous chuckle escaped your lips. "I don't usually talk to strangers." That was a full on lie. If the person looked friendly enough you would not shut up. Sadly ninety percent of those friendly looking people turned out to be complete assholes. Maybe you should start talking to people who look like they're about to kill you. Maybe you'll get better luck there. The stranger let out a small laugh, "That's quite alright. I don't usually talk to people either." Well you didn't say that. Close enough though. You looked at him with confusion, taking the rest of his image in as well; he had light scruff on his face, adding a sort of shade to his jawline. He wore an outfit that was based off one color, purple. It didn't bother you, well the color did, but not the outfit itself. A black tie accompanied the dark color as well as a faded yellow name tag reading: "W. Afton". The name sounded strangely familiar but you couldn't place your finger on it. You forced a smile, a painful one at that. "Ah it's fine. My friends are always telling me to expand my tiny group anyways." The both of you laugh at that. It felt good to connect with someone like this, even though you hardly cared for it. The man looked at you for a moment before snapping his fingers in realization, "I do apologize! I merely forgot to introduce myself." He stood from his seat and bowed curtly before sitting back down, "William Afton. A pleasure to meet you, er....?" You looked confused before realizing you hadn't introduced yourself either. "Oh!" You blush in embarrassment, "Y/N L/N. And the pleasures all mine." William smiles brightly, you notice he had perfect white teeth. God you hated people like that, just so perfect at everything. Though William seems okay, he had a few flaws. A forgetful mind for one. Just like you.
The man moved out of the way of, yet another, flying pizza. His facial expression, full of surprise and shock, made you laugh a little bit. You felt weird for having met this guy not even ten minutes ago and you acted like you knew each other for years. Yet it felt nice. Having someone other than Kato. Even you had to admit, only talking to one person for four years can get real lonely.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A few hours pass and the restaurant started to close. You hadn't even realized that you were talking to William so long. You brought up the fact that you had actually come for an interview, and you learned that Kato had come in just as they opened to have theirs done. William said that just through their conversation alone, he knew you would fit in just fine there. Yeah apparently Mister William Afton is the owner of Freddy FazBear's Pizzeria. That made your palms all sweaty and your heart could've been heard a mile away.
You also figured out why the restaurant owners name sounded so familiar. He had been a lead suspect in the investigations of the murders that happened within the building. You had refrained from talking to your only friend about this because they loved the stupid animatronics there, though they never actually set foot in the place until earlier that day.
William walked you to the door and opened it for you. "Well I look forward to seeing you around Mr/s. L/N." God that accent really killed you. And you hated how it threw you off guard. Smiling, now genuinely, you walk out the door, "I look forward to being around." Did I seriously just say that? You scold yourself for sounding like a complete idiot. William laughs, "I'll be sure to call you when I get your position finalized." You nod to each other and exchange goodbyes before going your separate ways, him closing up the restaurant and you going back to the apartment that smells like feet. At least it's better than sweat and barf. Not to mention pizza. You would never forget that smell. Ever.
