Third Person POV
Most of the students had all collapsed and some were even bleeding.

Karasuma saw the horror before him, and was stunned. But immediately regained his composure and rushed to the reception.

"Recep! Where's this island hospital?!" Karasuma-sensei demanded to know.

"Er, well, this is a rather tiny island so we have a small clinic but the doctor on duty returns to another island at night. You'd have to wait until 10 tomorrow for the boat."

Yumiko gritted her teeth as she saw her classmates, friends suffering. Clenching her fists at not being able to do anything to help her friends. She put up her hoodie and stood up to lift Nakamura's arm over her shoulder bringing her over to a couch to lie down.

"Well, we will have to do what we can for now."

Her attention was brought to Karasuma-sensei when she heard his phone ring. He took it out of his pocket and pressed the answer button.

"Hey there, Teach. Looks like your cute little students are suffering quite a bit." The deep voice behind the call said.

"Who is this? Are you the one behind this?

"Kukuku. You're intuition's not bad lately, Teach. It's an artificially produced virus. It's not very infectious, but if it does infect you, it's over. The incubation period and development of symptoms can be different for each individual. But after a week, every cell in your entire body will be stunned and soon be dead. Sorry to tell you this but there's only one cure, and unfortunately I'm the one that carries it. It would be a pain to give it to you, so why don't you come get it yourself? You see that hotel on the mountain top right? As for a present you can bring me the bounty in that bag."

After hearing that Yumiko immediately looked up towards the mountain, locating the hotel.

"From the looks of things, it seems like half the class has been infected. Fufufu not bad, not bad." I heard the voice from the phone say.

"I'm going to ask you one more time. Who are you...." Karasuma sensei asked threateningly.

"It doesn't matter who I am. Those kids aren't the only ones who are aiming for the 10 billion bounty" Replied the voice. "The antidote can be destroyed with a flick of a button, offend us and not one of your infected students will survive." Threatened the voice through the phone.

Karasuma could feel a little bloodlust coming from the side, and took a peak over to see Yumiko staring up at the hotel with murderous eyes. If looks could kill, even if she didn't know who the mystery caller was, he would have been dead over a hundred times. Karasuma himself, shivered from that little bloodlust that she was giving off.

"...Actually we planned this without knowing that the octopus would be unable to move. You've managed to make things easier for us. Bring that monster to us in an hour to the top floor of the Fukuma Denjo hotel." He ordered. "But listen up teach, I hear you're strong and skillful...which means your dangerous. So let's see...of the students who can still move...send the smallest boy and girl for the hand off."

The said shortest boy and girl, Nagisa and Kayano, looked up when Karasuma-sensei turned his head towards them. Not knowing the danger that could befall them.

"I've already discussed arrangements with the front desk. If you do as I say, the exchange of the octopus for the antidote will go smoothly and quickly. But if you try to contact anyone on the outside...or don't arrive within an hour...I will detonate the antidote without further notice."

After he hung up, Karasuma-sensei slamed Korosensei down onto the table in fustration.

At the same time, everyone could also feel the blood lust that Yumiko was giving off. Even though she was still expressionless, her fist clenched onto an empty glass of water so hard that the glass had shattered in her grip.
