"I can't believe you are here! Ugh! Finally!" Cori screams as she hugs me. "Let's go before it starts raining again."

I smile. We go load my luggage in the back of her car and climb in. We leave the airport and get to our shared apartment. We get my stuff up to my room and I unpack as she lays on my bed.

"So why'd you choose to leave in the middle of June instead of coming at the end of July?" Cori asks.

I look at her as I put my clothes in my closet. "I met a guy and he used me up and tossed me out like I was nothing to him even though he confessed his undying love for me," I reply. "I caught him with this girl who tried to kill me so I got Hannah and left."

"I'm glad you got out that toxic relationship thing. So who all know's where you came?" Cori asks.

"Just Hannah. I made her promise not to tell anyone I was coming here," I respond.

"I'm glad you're here already. I've been bored and haven't been getting any whatsoever. We should go out tonight to a club or we can go tomorrow," Cori suggests.

I shake my head. "I don't feel like going out. Plus, the time difference has messed me up," I reply.

I turn around and see Cori staring at me. "You're glowing. You never glow! Why are you glowing?" Cori asks.

"I don't know. My mom said the same thing," I reply.

I shrug and walk over to my bed. I lay down beside Cori and stare up at my ceiling. "I know you have been getting some since you are glowing, but you just kept giving him the cookie even after he hurt you?" Cori asks.

"The things he would say. We were in the rain when he confessed his love for me and I just gave in. I don't know what I was thinking," I reply.

"Was he that good with words and his juicy member?" Cori asks.

"Yes, sadly," I reply.

Cori rolls over and looks at me as she props her self upon her arm. "Well, forget about him. You don't need him. You have me," Cori says with a smile.

I smile. "I know," I reply.

Cori lays on her back and closes her eyes. "I think it's time for a nap," Cori mutters.

"I agree," I reply. I close my eyes as the cool air hits me.

Everything that has happened in the last month flashes through my mind. It has shaped me in a way but hurt me way more. I know I can move on and get over it but it's going to take time and effort. I know I can do this. I got this. This will not hold me back!

MATTEO'S POV

Everyone that was attending the party, except my parents, the Rossi's, and I have left. We are all sitting in the living room staring at Hannah. I stand up and start pacing the room as she drinks her wine.

"Hannah, you can tell us where she went," Stacy says.

Hannah chuckles. "She made me promise not to tell anyone," Hannah replies.

"Why'd she leave?" Stacy murmurs.

"Matteo over here fucked her heart up and her mind. She needed to get out of here," Hannah replies.

I stop pacing and look at Hannah. "What are you talking about?" I ask.

"Well, every time she would give herself to you and put trust into you, you would go fuck it up. Her catching you with Nora tipped her over the edge," Hannah responds. "The night you told her you loved, which was last night, she went and showered. She rubbed herself raw. She was trying so hard to get the smell of you off of her. She was so heartbroken."

"I meant what I said to her. I do love her!" I semi yell.

Hannah stands up and laughs. "Honey, if you loved her your dick wouldn't have been in Nora. Andy was breaking little by little. You need to grow up and fix yourself before you go off and tell girls you love them!" Hannah yells. "I don't know what she sees in you or if she sees anything in you but I am glad I let her board that plane."

"Why did she come to you and no one else?" Stacy blurts out.

"Because you all were lying to her. She knows about the mafia and no I didn't tell her. She found out on her own. Just let her go. She will be back in a few years. She will change and maybe, just maybe, she will be able to handle you," Hannah says.

I turn around and look at everyone else. Alessio and Leo glare at me as Stacy and my mom look saddened. "I'm sorry. I didn't know. We never really talked about things," I murmur.

"I told you to stay away from her but you just had to talk to her," Alessio says.

"I couldn't resist. You didn't tell me she was drop dead gorgeous!" I respond.

Alessio stands up. "And yet you got caught up with Nora. She isn't half as beautiful as Andy," Alessio semi yells.

The front door slams open and footsteps come into the living room. I turn around and see Nora standing in the doorway. She rushes over to me and hugs me then let's go of me. She takes a step back and looks at everyone in the room earning a glare from my mom, Stacy, and Hannah.

"Babe! I'm so excited!" Nora semi yells.

"Why?" I ask as I take a step back.

"I'M PREGNANT!"
