I took my love, I took it down
Climbed a mountain and I turned around
And I saw my reflection in the snow covered hills
'Til the landslide brought me down

"Will you stop tapping your knee?" I ask Matteo.

"Sorry, I'm just a little nervous," he murmurs.

I hold Matteo's hand as we wait to get called back. Matteo is in his normal attire. His black suit with his shiny shoes. I'm in basketball shorts and a rather large t-shirt. "Miss Andy Jackson?!" A nurse yells as she walks out from behind a door.

Matteo and I walk back. The nurse takes us to a room and gets my vitals then leaves. I lay back on the exam table and Matteo stands beside me tapping his foot. A light knock comes from the door and it opens to reveal a short woman with peppered black hair.

"Hi, I will be your doctor. I'm Elizabeth Moore," she says.

I smile and nod as does Matteo. "I'm Andy and this is Matteo," I reply.

She smiles. "I'm going to do an ultrasound to get a good look at the baby," Elizabeth says.

I raise up my shirt as she sets the machine up. She squirts some jelly on me and moves the wand around my belly. "Oh my, you have a big, big baby inside of you," Elizabeth says. "She looks like she is ready to come out. Do mind if I see if you are dilated?"

"Go right ahead," I respond.

She cleans off my belly and I stand up and take off my shorts and thong. I climb back up on the bed and put my feet in the stirrups. Elizabeth comes and checks me out. I glance up at Matteo as his eyes stare down at Elizabeth with curiosity.

"Well, sweetie, you are about seven centimeters. We need to get you situated in a room at the hospital. I can't stop the labor but I have a feeling everything will be fine."

I've been in active labor for about two hours now. It doesn't hurt but Matteo has been passed out on the couch because he fainted after looking at my stretched vagina. Pussy. I've only dilated to an eight. Everyone has been shopping for the baby so she will have stuff when we leave. All of it will go to Matteo's instead of my moms.

I'm so bored of just sitting here by myself. I wish Matteo would wake up now. I don't have a phone at the moment and that sucks. I look over at Matteo as he jolts up. He looks over at me and I faintly smile.

"The baby isn't here yet is it?" Matteo asks.

"Nope," I murmur.

"Good," Matteo says as he stands up and stretches.

Elizabeth walks in with a smile on her face. "I'm going to check you one last time before I go to lunch," she says.

I nod and she comes between my legs. Her eyes widen and she slams my legs shut. She moves away from the end of the bed and runs outside. Nurses rush in and she comes back.

"The baby's head is sticking out," Elizabeth says.

My eyes widen as she moves the covers away from my legs. "I'm just going to slightly pull him. Are you not feeling any contractions?" Elizabeth asks.

"No, I haven't felt anything. Is everything okay?" I ask.

Anxiety takes over my mind. Matteo grabs my hand and squeezes tightly. "Everything is fine, Andy, stay calm," Elizabeth says.

I slowly nod. I feel nothing from my waist down and I didn't even get the epidural. I don't know what is wrong with my body right now. Elizabeth holds up my very big baby. "We are going to clean her a little and then you can hold her," Elizabeth says.

I nod. She hands off my baby and goes back to work on my nether regions. A nurse brings me the baby and lays her on my chest. I stroke my baby's chubby cheeks and smile. I glance up at Matteo and see the tears streaming down his face. He slowly raises his hand up to her cheek and moves it up and down.

"She's perfect," Matteo murmurs.

"Your baby girl weighs twelve pounds even and is twenty-two inches long," Elizabeth says as she moves away from me. I smile. "You have about two stitches down there so please be careful not to rip them. I know you have another child so are you going to breastfeed?"

"Yes," I reply. "I won't need help."

She nods and leaves the room. A nurse moves the bassinet beside the bed and then they all leave. "What are we going to name her?" Matteo asks.

"What do you want to name her?" I ask.

"Sienna Geovanni De Luca," Matteo murmurs.

"How long have you been thinking about that one?" I ask.

Matteo takes our baby out of my arms and holds her. He turns around and walks to the couch. He slowly sits down and stares at her chubby face.

I take a deep breath and close my eyes. I slowly start to fall asleep when I hear Matteo's smooth voice talking to Sienna. "You're not allowed to date guys or be friends with them. Your sister, Peach, isn't allowed that either. You are one chubby girl," Matteo says.

A quiet cry fills the room. I slowly open my eyes and see Matteo staring at Sienna with panic in his eyes. Her cries start to get louder making me smile as he looks clueless.

"Matteo, give me my child, she's hungry," I murmur.

Matteo stands up and rushes over to me. I take Sienna from him and pull down my gown. I situate Sienna and let her latch onto my nipple. Her eyes fly open making me smile. Her eyes are grey and beautiful.

Matteo stares at us with amazement laced in his eyes. The room door flies open and our families pile in. Peach runs to the side of the bed and stares at Sienna and me.

"What did you name her?" Peach asks as she looks between Matteo and me.

"Her name is Sienna Geovanni De Luca," I reply.

Peach smiles. Matteo picks up Peach and turns to everyone as cameras go off. "Everything has been set up at the house for the four of you. The construction of our tiny houses has been finished so Dante and I will be there if needed. We aren't far from you and once Hannah and Alessio get married, Stacy and Leo will be moving into one," Sara says.

Everyone comes and goes but my mom. She has been here for a few hours. She hasn't said a word to us. I don't know if I should be worried or not. Matteo is on the couch scrolling through all the pictures that were taken today. Everyone sent them to his phone since I don't have one.

"Do you think you are moving too fast? Moving in with Matteo and all?" My mom blurts out.

Mine and Matteo's head snaps in my mother's direction as she looks at me. I shrug. "You don't have to if you don't want to. No one is forcing you to move in with him. Just because you have two kids together doesn't mean you have to move," my mom says.

"Mom, do you not want me to leave?" I ask.

"No, why would I?" She asks.

"Mom, you can come to see me or I can come over. it's not like I'm disappearing," I murmur.

My mom stands up from her chair and walks to the side of the bed. "Fine," my mom mutters. "But I want more grandkids."

"Mom, I'm not having any more kids until I am married or at least know that I'm going to be with whoever for forever."
