Let them get to know the girl that comes after you take down your hair, when it's messy and frizzy and untamed.
Let all semblances of professionalism and composure melt away, so that they can see the warmth in your eyes and the softness of your smile.
Let them hear your tired voice after a long day, quiet and full of passion for things that don't involve work or deadlines.
The world has taught you that it's better to be contained by walls. That people should only see the best parts of yourself, as if you were a curated art collection to be admired.
But you're not. You're meant to be turbulent and then be the calm after the storm and everything in between. So don't hide that from the world. Let them see every part of yourself.
Because there is beauty in the tumultuous. Everyone just has to learn how to appreciate it.
