Chapter 3

"I come to talk about your offer." She said in low voice, not really like about what she about to say.

"And?" His smirk widens.

She hesitates for a moment, but sighs and gives it a go. "I will accept your offer, to live in your place." Before he said anything, she cut him first. "BUT!" That makes him raise an eyebrow. "I have one condition. Can you do that?"

"Depends of your condition, of course. And that is?"

"...prolong your intention to demolish Polar Star Dormitory. At least a week."

"..." He seems try to read what she had on her mind. "Well... I can do that, but in the meantime, you must already live with me."

"What?!" She protests.

"I know you have something in your mind, Ichi~ and I'm sure I don't like 'that something'." He chuckles. "So, to prevent you from doing anything unnecessary, I must take you with me while 'your friends' could enjoy their extended life on that place." He then walks toward her, closing their distance much to her discomfort. "How's it? Take it or leave it as it is."

"I..." She should've known he would come up with something, but this is all she can do for her friends. She knows. She knows they could find a way in those meantime even without her. "I accept the condition..."

"Good girl." He smirks and pats her head. "Don't forget to pack your things tonight. I'll wait for you in my place tomorrow~"

With that, she leaves the room and walks back into the dormitory. She should get ready to tell them all about this.

~ Timeskip ~

It's the night after the agreement and all Polar Star's members gathered in the dining room, except Isshiki. Everyone was enjoying their dinner, that's until dinner finished the room started to get silence and gloomy.

"Hey, everyone..." Yuki started. "You know... I'm really glad I could be part of this dormitory. Enjoying my days with you guys. It was... it was pretty memorable." Her voice starts to crack and she burst out to tears when she can't hold it anymore. "I DON'T WANT TO BE APART WITH YOU GUYS! I WANT TO SPEND EVERYDAY WITH YOU ALL UNTIL WE GRADUATE!! UWAAAH!!"

Her cries bring the other girls to tears too and all the guys just look on their feet with gloom face. They couldn't do anything after all.

"G-guys, please listen to me." After gathering the courage, Fuichi starts to speak.

Everyone's attention turns to her.

"I have news for you guys. Actually... the dormitory's demolishing will be delayed until next week, so... we could still enjoy our time together in the meantime!" She tries to smile the best she can.

"Ehhh??! How could that happen?!" Yuki's mood lightens a bit.

"Everything could happen, you know?" She chuckles. "Right now, we should enjoy every moment while we can."

They start to cheers until Ibusaki lets out an avoidable question.

"...and we're going to enjoy those moments together, right, Chisaya-senpai?" His voice had a tint of something.

"......" Fuichi just stares at him right in the eyes without giving an expression.

"W-what? What happen?" Tadokoro comments.

Fuichi sighs and shrugs her shoulders. "You have a very sharp instinct, don't you eh, Ibusaki?"

"F-Fuichi-senpai! Don't tell me-!"

"Yeah... you guys right. I accept the offer to stay at Eizan's place."

"WHAAATT?! Why did you do that, I-cchi?? The dormitory wouldn't feel complete if you weren't in it!" Yuki shakes her shoulders in panic.

"Calm down, Yuki. I thought I could buy you guys some time to make a strategy towards Central. But yeah... he already knew my plan so he insisted me to stay at his place early. Hey, but I could join you guys after school, okay?? Don't worry about me!"

"Did you really think... we could have some ideas to fight them? Even if we challenge them in shokugeki... we don't have a chance to win because all of the judges have been bribed by them."

"I'm not sure either, but we should still try our best. If everything's not going well... it's okay. I want you guys to spend more time here. After all, I've been living here one year ahead than you guys~" Fuichi gives them a smile.

"I-I-cchi..."

The girls are running towards her and hug her tightly while they're crying. Seeing this, Fuichi can't fight her tears and start to cry too. They're really a great family.

Unbeknown to them, Soma already had an idea inside his mind. He just couldn't stand seeing everyone sad like this. More importantly, he couldn't stand letting his place to learn cooking be crushed just like that. He won't let it happen.

~ The Next Day ~

"Haa??"

"You heard me? I challenge you in a shokugeki, Eizan-senpai." Soma said while giving him the shokugeki challenge letter.

"Are you dumb? Are your friends really that desperate they seek for your help? You already seen the first shokugeki, right? The judges won't even taste your food. You have zero percent to win the match. Now, you're just wasting my time. I'm leaving now." He starts to walk past him, but Soma stops him with his extended hand which holds the letter.

"Are you afraid to fight me, senpai?" He asks coolly.

"Huh?!" Tick marks start to appear on Eizan's face.

"They didn't ask me to challenge you. It's me who want to save the dormitory. After all... I want to grow as a better chef in that place. And after I beat you, all Polar Star's members could live in that dormitory... I mean Chisaya-senpai too~" He grins.

Hearing Soma mentions Fuichi's name makes his eyes twitch. Why would he care so much about her??

"You know," He trails. "she's crying yesterday night and you know it's because of who? It's you who made her cry!" He points at him and glares sharply.

Eizan looks taken aback hearing this. Just as Soma thought he would remorse for what he had done, he begins to laugh sinistericaly, making Soma shocked.

"You think I'd care about that?? I don't care what she feels as long as I get her to work for me!"

'T-this guy...! He's really out of his mind!' Soma screams in his head.

"Well then. If you really want to fight me, then I'll accept your shokugeki, but hear this." He says as he takes the challenge letter. "You'll get expelled if I win the match." He smirks evilly and leaves him there in the hall.

~ Timeskip ~

"YUKIHIRA DID WHAT?!" asked Fuichi, shocked.

"It looks like he has challenge Eizan Etsuya in a shokugeki! And the match will be held this afternoon!" Marui said while watching the news on TV.

"That moron... he didn't even know who he's facing!"

"Actually... I still have hopes on Yukihira. If he could make a really good dish, I'm sure the judges couldn't resist the temptation! The enemy looked couldn't cook at all anyway!" Daigo raises his hand in confident.

"You're a moron too!!" Fuichi smacks him in the head, making him grunts in pain. "He may look like that, but he's actually much better than me in cooking!"

"WHAAATT?! Impossible!!"

"Tch, I'm going now!" She quickly run into the shokugeki's location and leaves the things she would bring to Eizan's place behind.

"W-wait, Chisaya-san! We wanna go too!!" Shoji shouts but she's already out of sight. "T-that was fast... Oi, Daigo! Call Tadokoro and Ryoko to get down here, we're going to that shokugeki!"

"Don't ordering me around! I know what to do!!" He answers while running to his friends' room.

When they've gathered in the living room and ready to leave the place, they saw a group of people coming from the forest.
