welcoming smile,
when he kissed
every finger,
every knuckle,
of her hand purposely,
biting down
when a waiter
flirted with her,
when he
brought her a necklace
and wished her
good luck for her exams,
when he took her
to a dog cafe
and ended up
ditching her
for the puppies,
when he roamed
around the museums
and galleries
they visited,
falling in love
with the art
on the walls
and their
growing euphoria,
and most importantly,
when he said he
loved her
and always will.
