Reiji's Punishment...
- Sirena's P.O.V -
After dinner, I got changed into a simple bottle green 'v' neck jumper and a pair of black leggings with a grey zipper hoodie to keep me warm. I put on a pair of trainer socks and didn't bother to put any shoes on because I knew if I kept Reiji waiting any longer he'd make my punishment a lot worse. He had asked me to meet him an hour after dinner so I decided to take a quick shower to wash my hair and change out of my uniform. I also managed to get some homework done after that. I still have to write up the results of the lung dissection from biology. F u n.
I quickly braid my hair into a side plait and rush out the door with only five minutes left until I need to meet with Reiji so he can give me my stupid punishment. Honestly, I can't help but worry a little. Reiji isn't really the kind of person to go easy on you if you make a mistake. He's harsh and cruel. So yeah... I'm a little nervous. I just hope he gives me chores. For the first time in my life, I just want to do chores. Turning around the corner, I come face to face with Reiji's door. I guess I should knock first. Don't want to worsen my punishment by being rude. I raise my fist and gently, but firmly, knock on the wooden surface.
"Enter." I hear the devil's voice from the other side of the gates to hell. I straighten my self up before turning the handle and entering his room. As expected, it's neat and tidy. Everything seems to be organised and everything has a place. He has a corner full of lab equipment and an area for chilling out. There's a pot of tea and two tea cups on the table the devil himself is sat at and his bed and other private areas are on the far side of the large room.
"I'm sorry for being late for the limo Reiji-san." I start off by apologising to him, hopefully that will make him reconsider... let me off with a warning? Nah.... that's just wishful thinking when it comes to Reiji.
"It's quite alright, I understand you were tired." Reiji states, not even bothering to look up at me, "Correct?" He asks, pushing up his glasses.
"Yes, but while that is true, I should have paid more attention to the time." I admit, "I should have set an alarm with something - actually no... I don't have my phone." What a stupid thing to say!!!! You idiot Sirena!!! Reiji chuckles.
"Please, take a seat." He offers, gesturing to the cushioned armchair opposite him. I cautiously sit down on the ease of the chair, just in case I need to make a quick getaway. Reiji is being far too nice, way out of his character and it's unnerving.
"Thanks..." I say, not sure what he wants from me, "So about the punishment... what do you want me to do? Chores?" I ask, trying to hide the tone of hope in my voice and secretly crossing my fingers. Reiji ignores my question.
"Tea?" He asks, leaning over the table with the teapot in his hand.
"Ok... what's going on?" I question, my eyebrow raised, "The Reiji I know is never this nice. Who are you and what have you done with the real Reiji?" I fold my arms and eye fake Reiji curiously. Reiji just chuckles and shakes his head, pouring some tea into my teacup anyways.
"Very funny Sirena, but because you are my property it is my job to make sure that you are taken care of." He states almost arrogantly, "You are our blood bag after all. You belong to me." He glances at me, his eyes gleaming with malice. I shuffle slightly in my seat.
"Yeah..." I mutter, not wanting to start up an argument in the situation I'm in. I pickup the teacup and gently lift it to my lips, taking a small sip of its contents. "Wow... this tea is really good. What did you put in it?" I ask Reiji.
"Oh just a little honey and jasmine." He waves it off as I take another gulp of the liquid before looking at me maliciously, "along with a few drops of poison."
