Here We Go Again

"Alright, this is the place. Everyone here?" I said looking up from the directions on my phone. Almost everyone looked ready. Lavender and Olive were still shaking with fear at the thought of going into the pipes. Unaware of what lies ahead. It was a sunny day and we had planned to meet at the table by Crusty Sean's shop. Misty tapped her fingers against the table. "Where are they? They're 20 mins late!" "HERE!" A voice came screaming with footsteps running towards the table. We looked over. Honey ran over with an angry Senpai following. "Sorry I'm late, BUT THIS DUMB DUMB BUBBLEGUM HOLD ME UP CAUSE OF A DUMB OUTFIT!" "HEY FASHION IS EVERYTHING!" Lauren screamed back crossing her arms. I facepalmed. "Well we're all here. I think it's time to go!". Olive stared at the rest of us and started to panic. "NO WAY! IM NOT DOING THIS! NOT IN A MILLION YEARS!" Olive started to get up and tried to make a break for the hotel. "Oh no you don't!" Misty shouted out running after her, pinning tothe ground. Olive whined out loud yelling words like "You can't make me!" or "Let me go!" "Stop, please!", but I wasn't paying attention to them. My attention was locked on an orange inkling looking around the city, and following Marie down the pipe. "Uhh guys?" No response. They were still nagging Olive to stop being a coward and help out. "GUYS!" I yelled out again. Everyone turned in silence. "Somebody JUST went down the pipe.". There was a moment of silence than Misty looked at Olive, and grabbed her hand dashing towards the pipes and dragging her down with her. "Hey wait for us!" I yelled following them down. I was stunned. It was Marie! She didn't seems to notice us. (We spawned behind the inkling) and Olives fear seemed to disappear. You've probably heard of me, you know from the squid sisters!" Marie said doing her little pose. The inkling just stared at her. "You don't know me! For eels-" "THATS MARIE!" Maya screamed out. I facepalmed. "There goes our cover." I stepped out along with everyone else. Marie put up her umbrella. "Look, we've been sent by agent 3 to help with the city's power." Misty stood up to speak. Marie looked at Olive and sighed. "Agent 3 sent me these people to save the city's power?" Marie mumbled under her breath. "Well you may not know me, but at least you've noticed the city's power is getting close to nothing. Which means no more turf wars... and splats will become permanent." Of course that made Olive reconsider, but Misty was prepared for this and grab her the moment she turned to run. "We'll help you!" Honey stood proudly. "Btw, I'm Honey! This is Maya, Misty, Ashley, and the coward over there is Olive." "HEY!" Lauren started to laugh. "And your name?" Marie looked at the orange inkling. She remained blank. "Uhhhhh. Well there's one other problem... Callie has gone missing and I know just who could've done this. But until then we've gotta get the Great Zap fish back! Here take these, it'll help out with what comes ahead!" She started handing out hero suits with our names with "Agent" in front accept the other inkling. She had the number 4 on it. "Alright agents the platform could only allow 2 of you at a time. So buddy up!" "Callie was my buddy..." Marie mutter as she continued. "Though one of you will solo." We all stared at each other. Groups: Honey & Lavender, Misty & Olive, Ashley & Maya, & Agent 4. "Why am I on your team?" Olive sighed. "Cause I gotta make sure you don't run, or DIE!" Misty rolled her eyes. "Trade ya." Whispered Lauren"Enough chit-chat, where do we start." "Why don't you see for yourself?" Marie turned to the arch behind her and together we all swam off  to what looked like a platform filled with, what looked like glass kettles. We all spread out, looking around the area. 4 Swam to the edge looking down below. "Whatcha looking at?" Lavender walked over to the edge as well. Down below was a beautiful view, of the mountains, the clouds and even a bit of water below if you look close enough. "Hey guys, check this out!" A call came from behind. I turned around and started to run back to the other half of the group. One of the kettles started to show itself with the ink covering it. "I think we're supposed to ink it." Olive whispered. We turned at Marie only to facepalm herself, and shrugged at each other. "I'ma take that as a yes." Maya sighed and started to shoot at the kettle more. Eventually, the kettle broke and revealed its true self. "In every kettle you find, there's a mini zap fish at the end. Once you grab it, you'll super jump out. Simple." Marie smirked as she nodded towards the kettle. "Alright. So, who wants to go first?" I looked around. The platform fell silent. "Well I don't know bout you, but if it's for the sake of the city I'll do it." "Uhhh Honey could we possibly do the next round-." Before Lavender finished Honey had already pulled her down the kettle with her. Misty tried to follow, but instead she ended up flopping on the floor. "Hey! What gives! It won't let me in!" Misty crossing her arms. "Only two at a time!" "Uh, you know I could hear you right?" Honey voice echoed through the headset. "What do ya see?" "A super jump platform, and an untrained inkling." She sighed. You could hear somebody shooting the ground as the footsteps followed. "Well what do you want us to do up here?" Maya sighed. "WEEEEEEEEEE!" A bubbly voice perked up through the headsets. "Just remember why your there guys. Your there for the zap fish!" I heard bombs being thrown right before I turned off the mic. "Welp guess we better make time." I said sitting down. "All we could do now is wait."

"Lavender WHAT ARE YOU DOING?" I whispered through the mic. She was going around in circles around the enemy. She was like a child! I took my shot. "WEEEEEEEEEE!" Lavender kept swimming. "Cmon! Let's go!" I urged on. "Aw..." Lavender moaned and swam to the super jump pad. I followed. I swear keeping her alive was like babysitting! Every corner was another enemy. On the bright side, Lavender was always the target so it made it a bit easier on me. It took awhile before I looked up ahead, but I finally just in front of me was the zap fish. I gave a sigh of relief and started to walk towards it. Lavender tried to do a run and jump, but it bounced her right off the edge. I laughed a bit and shot it free before grabbing it, and super jumped right back out! Mission Complete!
