One soul two bodies (a drarry Fanfiction)

Love and hate

Since the train was leaving on Sunday the students of Hogwarts spend their Saturday trying to make the time go faster. Some spend their days making the holiday work, some just relaxed in the common room, others still had to make the luggages. 

Harry and the group of treasure hunters were either looking for the next clue or just chilling in the ROR when Neville came in holding a piece of paper. 

"I found it!" he shouted. "I found the last clue." 

Everybody was now wide awake and attentive. "Where did you find it?" Hermione asked. "I was looking something up in the library for madam Sprout when this piece of paper fell out of the book I was reading." he said proudly.

He held the parchment high and read the riddle out loud:

A dog as godfathers

A deer as father

A raven as protector

Lions as family

Snakes as friends

The last candy as liberation

For love and explanation.

The first part of the clue was understood by all, Harry was the one to take the last candy. The second part most didn't understand. Harry took the candy in his hand but before eating it he wanted to explain the rest of the clue. 

"I don't know if you have figured it out or not but I was the one who organised this hunt. Last year I went to Gringotts to accept all my lordships. With it came a vault filled with my parents stuff where among other things I found my dad's marauder journal.

A journal filled with spells, potions, plans the marauders used during their time at Hogwarts. One of the spells was a spell to start a hunt, all you needed was the reason for the hunt, who you wanted to participate and how you wanted it to end. I always wanted to use that spell but didn't have a good enough reason so the spell didn't accept it, until a few month ago. 

A few months ago the one I was crushing on started to pay attention to me and we started dating. We didn't tell anyone because we didn't know how you were going to react. That is when I remembered the spell. Having a good enough reason the spell started right away and Hogwarts provided us with all the clues so that I could also play. 

I hope now that with everything you have seen and the new friendships that have been formed you will accept our relationship." 

Hermione looked at Harry with sadness in her eyes. 'Did Harry really think they would judge him? Who could he love that he would think like that.' "Harry, she said, whoever it is, the important thing is that he or she loves you the way you love them and that they make you happy. I saw you were much more happy the last few months so whoever they are they are good for you so it can't be that bad." she tried to assure him. 

Little did she know that made Harry even more anxious. Harry took one more look around the room and ate the candy. Where Harry stood before now stood another Draco Malfoy, looking like a scared little puppy. The real Draco was there beside him sneering at anybody who even thought of thinking something bad. 

Most of the occupants of the room where in shock, even some who already knew about their relationship were shocked, they knew they liked each other but didn't think they were really soulmates. Harry mistaken the shock for rejection hid behind Draco, tears ready to flow. Everyone was brought out of their shocked state by a flash. 

Severus stood there with a smug face camera in the hand. "Another picture for the album" he said before vanishing the camera back to it's place. Hermione took a wavering step towards Harry not wanting to anger Draco and showing him she meant no harm to Harry. 

When Draco let her pass she took Harry in a big hug. "Oh sweetie don't you ever think I wouldn't accept him. He makes you happy and that is all I care about." Harry hugged her back as if his life depended on it. 

Without leaving the hug Hermione turned to Draco. " Harry here is an amazing boy with an even bigger heart, hurt him once and you will find out how good I really am at spells. Mark my words you will really wish to die but I won't give you that liberation." 

Draco was now looking very pale. "Yea-yes ma'am" he said, not many things made him scared but a angry Hermione was not a thing he wanted to see anytime soon. 

"Herm please don't scare my boyfriend to much." Harry chuckled from the hug. The tension was all gone and everybody was laughing now. Hermione saw Fred give a galleon to George and reminded her to ask him later on what they had set a bet. 

They spend the whole afternoon talking about everything that had happened and everything that was about to change. Even though the hunt was done they promised to stay as friends after the holidays. They promised each other that they would try to promote friendships outside of their own house. 

They would still have a little house rivalry but it would be a friendly rivalry without sabotage or playing dirty, so that every house had an equal chance to win the quidditch or the house cup. When it was time for the last diner before the holidays they went to the great hall. 

The last diner was always something very spectacular with lost of decorations, festive food, music and most of all, there was only one big table and everybody could chose where to sit. The other years there were only a few who went to sit with the other houses but this time the group went to sit together making it a big group of all houses together. 

Ron, who was still banned from the group for being narrow minded went over to the group to sit with them since no-one wanted to sit with him anymore after they had heard what he had done. He tried to sit down but the whole group was shooting daggers towards him. 

That is when he saw two Draco's sitting next to each other. "Did the little death eater get a new girlfriend, poor girl." Harry looked up. "What did you say?" Harry was really angry right now. "Don't tell me you actually like this ferret, he's a death eater. But then again maybe you are one as well and that is why you don't see why he's bad." Ron said nonchalant, like what he said was the most normal thing to say. 

Harry stood up from his place having his wand in his hand but not pointing it at Ron, yet.

"Draco is not a death eater, he is a better guy than you will ever be and if you can't see that then I'm sorry but I can't be your friend anymore. I was willing to give you another chance but now I see you as what you really are: a narrow minded narcissistic blood traitor who only wants fame and fortune. And I'm not talking about your family, just you Ronald." 

Ron had his wand drawn towards Harry. "How dare you say that. Who do you think you are, Harry potter?" 

A/N: oops a small cliffhanger... don't worry next chapter is almost done as well so I will post it quickly :)
