Chapter 8

Rina’s P.O.V

I arrived to the school with Izu at my side. My secret weapon in my bag. I sat in my chair smiling the day away. Going through all of the normal classes, soon enough it was time for some hero training.

“I’M WALKING THROUGH THE DOOR LIKE A NORMAL PERSON!” I hear All Might yell. I’m way too antsy to sit still all I wanted to do was engage in my plan but I had to wait till the end of the day. I guess I was also slightly antsy about getting my hero costume today.

“Today is simple training, grab your cases, change and ready yourself for a battle!” He sure was good at hyping up the class. I quickly grabbed my case and ran down to the locker room. I opened the case to see a black tank-top, camo cargo pants, black combat boots, on top of that I had black gloves and a black bandana. I quickly changed into the outfit and waited for the other girls. I didn’t want to be the first one to go out. The brown haired girl, Izu said her name is Uraraka, walked in and smiled at me.

“You look really good in that Rina!” She seems so nice!

“I’m sure you’ll look really good in yours to!” She gave me a confident nod. I waited for her because again I didn’t want to walk out alone.

“Wow your costume suits you so well Uraraka!”

“Thanks Rina, I thought it was a little tight on me.”

“Don’t say that I think it fits you in all the right ways!” I gave her a thumbs up. She blushed a little, I guess it’s just the effect I have on people. We both walked out only to Izu in a teal jumpsuit. It looked oddly like All Might. I face palmed and sweat dropped he truly is a fanboy huh?

“H..Hey Uraraka and Rina your costumes are great!”

“YOURS IS TO IZU!” I accidentally shouted. Why I shouted I have no idea I just did. He jumped as did Uraraka. She complimented him to but much, much calmer. We walked to the area with the rest of the class. I started scanning for my blondie. Ya thats right I said MY blondie got a problem? No? That's what I thought. My god I have a problem. I spotted him in his costume. Damn did he look good. I ran over to him and waved. He looked away grumbling something under his breath. I couldn’t quite catch it.

“You look really good in your costume Sukie, it suits you!” I smiled

“Tch,” was all the noise he made

“Did I do something wrong?” I asked, he turned his head away from me. Why is he like this at school? Is he trying to act different in front of others? Wait...it has to be his pride. I took a deep breath and smiled looking back up at him, “Alright I get it! Don’t worry!” he looked at me with slightly wider eyes. I sure am one smart cookie...thats a lie don’t listen to me.

“Alright class today we will be doing villains vs heros, the villains must protect the bomb for 15 minutes while the hero's capture it and fend off the villains. First we will be doing a team of 3 against 2 just because there is one extra in this class,” he shuffled his hand around in a bin for a bit then pulled out the names, “On the hero team is Rockbell, Uraraka, and Midoriya! On the villain team Iida and Bakugou!” Oh no.

We got ready strategizing before anything started.

“Ok Rina I doubt Kacchan will hurt you so you will be last resort,” He said after explaining he would be a diversion and Uraraka would get the bomb and I was their backup plan.

“Um, Izu I doubt that,” he turned his attention to me as the timer started and we ran in, “so me and Sukie would always fight with our full power, Just because he is a little nicer to me doesn’t mean he’ll go easy on me, If anything I can use my arm and legs as shields although they’ve never been blasted before so I have no idea how well they will hold up.” I panted out as we ran. Izu nodded as we stuck to the plan. Almost immediately Sukie started attacking. Going for Izu. Once and a while I would create walls to throw him off so we had time. I hid around a corner making sure Uraraka made it past Sukie unharmed. To give Izu a break he tagged out to strategize.
