"CAAAADDDYYYYYYY!" Maddie yelled. "Ugh, what?" Cady replied in an annoyed tone. "Help meeeee! I have a project due in two days!" Maddie cried. Cady stood up from the couch and walked up to her. "What have you done so far?" she asked. "Well...so far I did the design and research and all that's left is organization of the information, which is what I need help with," Maddie explained.

The two spent nearly the entire Friday night fixing and editing the project. In the end, they were both satisfied with how it turned out. "Hey Cady!" Maddie exclaimed. "What now?" Cady growled. Maddie fished something out of her pocket, then stuck it on Cady's arm. "Oi wha-"
"It's a gold star! You're my friend, Cady and you helped me with this! So, you deserve a gold star!"
"I'm not a kindergartener, Maddie."
"Well, I can take it back-"
"No. Don't touch this. I'm keeping it because I deserve it. Go to sleep Maddie." And with that, Maddie just shrugged and left to go to her room. When she disappeared, Cady found an old notebook, which she never used, and stuck the sticker on the first page.
