    We're all a little rusty and have flaws but that should not stop us from focusing on good things about ourselves and others. From time to time, we'll always need a little pick me up from others and when we do get it, it makes us feel better. We don't always need to do the impossible to earn one's approval. Simply being able to do basic and mundane tasks is good enough.
