It was the weekend, meaning no one had anything to do. Sasha, Marnelli, Angela and Jade were in the living room binge watching anime, Cait and Maegan cleaned around the house and Cady took a nap. Maddie decided to stay with the four who were at the living room but didn't really pay attention to what they were watching and read a book instead. She tuned all the noise from the tv out to focus on reading, but another background noise caught her attention. She got up, and checked around the house to find out where the sound was coming from but found nothing. She did notice one thing however, Alexa wasn't around.

She realized she hasn't checked the backyard yet, so she ventured off there. As she got closer, she realized that she heard the sound of a violin playing. Jem Carstairs is that you? She ran towards the source of the sound and hid when she saw that it was Alexa playing the violin. As she played, Maddie had noticed that she improved a whole lot since she last heard her play, which was a long time ago. Maddie listened to her play, until she finished.

"Hello!" Maddie yelled as soon as Alexa put her violin down. "YEET!" Alexa screeched as she whipped her head around, surprised to see one of her friends there. Maddie chuckled at her actions as she tried to regain her composure. "Child, what are you doing here?" Alexa asked as she packed her violin away. "Well, I heard something, so I checked around the house then I noticed you were missing, so I checked here and O MY GOSH ALEXA! YOU REALLY IMPROVED SINCE THE LAST TIME I HEARD YOU PLAY WHICH WAS LIKE...FOREVER AGO! YOU ARE WAY BETTER THAN THE BEST OF THE BEST PLAYER CALLED JEM CARSTAIRS AND THAT IS SAYING SOMETHING!" Maddie responded. "Maddie, Jem isn't real," Alexa remarked but Maddie ignored her. Instead, she got a gold star out of her pocket and stuck it on Alexa's forehead. "You deserve it for the improvement!" and with that, Maddie skipped back to the house, leaving Alexa alone. Alexa peeled the sticker off then stuck it on her violin case and retreated back to the house as well.
