Love Me Back!

Part 8

-Mistakes everywhere, not edited-

Tee is obvious about he likes Tae because he is willing to come and meet Tae every morning at the hospital, just to see Tae and gives Tae buns, meat buns.

Tae is a real gentleman and polite too, he just accept what Tee give him and always thanked Tee. That's what make Tee keep going day by day.

"Doc, there, your boyfriend is here" the nurses works there already recognise Tee and tease Tae about Tee.

Tae just chuckles and walk toward Tee who is waving furiously at him outside the hospital. Tae greets Tee nicely like always and Tee gives the buns like usual. They talk a bit and Tee will leave once he waves to the peoples who watched him from inside.

Tae back to his work, the buns is save in his locker. He will eat when he has time. Aim walks to Tae and pats Tae's shoulder.

"Tae, you know that he likes you?" ask Aim. He already move on once he realise that Tee likes Tae. Aim knows he has no chance against Tae at all.

"I know" said Tae lazily.

"reject him properly. He will break if you keep giving him hope" advices Aim and Tae sighs deeply.

Tae always try to make Tee understand that he can't like Tee the way Tee like him but every time Tee's cheerful smile appeared he doesn't has the heart to do it. Tee looks fragile and innocent to him.

"Tae, if you can't like him back, let him go and let others get him" said Aim for the last time before he left.

Tae's hands stop in midway when he heard that. He doesn't know what to say but he feels different like something is off. Tae stares at the close door and keeps recalling what Aim said.

"others or you?" ask Tae to no one. Tae frowns a bit and close his locker.

He out from the locker room and look for Aim. He needs to know if Aim still target Tee, he knows Aim likes Tee before but Aim clearly said he is giving up if Tae is the rival.

"Dr. Tae, your patient needs you" a nurse come running to him.

"okay"

Tae forgets about Aim and attends his patient.

Tee feels like crying when he hits the road divider, it's pretty hard because the car look bad but he is okay. Thankful for the seat belt and the air bag. Tee keep muttering how he regrets not slowing down at the corner, now his baby is damage.

Tee looks at his car get pull away, he has to sit in the front and keep looking at the back. He loves his car more than his life, yeah, that was the car his dad bought for him. His dad don't literally bought it for him but his dad prepared the money since he alive because Tee likes cars when he was small.

"urm, can you fix it?" ask Tee sadly, the tow driver smile a bit. Tee look really sad.

"yeah, I'm sure we can but it may cost a bit"

"oh"

"but your insurance may cover it" add the driver and Tee smiles is back.

They reach the workshop and Tee look around, there are so many cars at the shop. He can't think his baby will be back soon.

'waiting for insurance is long, I need to find money' thinks Tee.

He settles every documents and signs agreement before leave. Tee keeps looking back, he is leaving his baby. Tee just walks to home, it's not close but it's not that far too. Around 30 minutes walking distance.

"can I ask from Phi?" Tee ask himself. He knows Mew will give him money in instant but Mew will ask why he needs the money and he doesn't know how to lie.

"Nong?" he gives himself another option.

"nah, he will nag and never let me drive anymore" Tee knows Godt and sure Godt will make him stop driving.

Tee pulls his hair out of frustration. He keeps blaming himself for being a bad driver and stupid. Thank god he didn't hit someone or other cars. It will cost more than that.

Tee decides to do something he hate the most. Right now he is standing in front of his parent house. He will ask some money from his mother, at this time his por is at work.

Tee enter the house slowly and some maids greets him. Tee greet back and find his mother at the kitchen. Baking.
His mother loves baking but he never taste it once, he sometimes thought that he actually has another mother.

"mom" calls Tee and his mom turn around fast, the smiles disappears fast.

"ah, it's you" his mom turn back to continue cook.

Tee stares at his feet, he can stand when his stepfather treat him bad but he always feels sad when his mother did it. It's not like he come out from others womb.

"why are you here?" ask Tee's mom. Tee cleans his throat and take a glass of water.

"I need some money" answer Tee straight. No time to waste, he needs to left before his por home.

"what? What do you want to do?" ask his mother full of suspicious. Tee stares at white wall, clamping his mouth from said something unnecessary.

"to repair my car" answer Tee after a while.

"repair because it's damage or you just want to do it for fun?" that question makes Tee feel really sad. Even his biological mother doubt him.  He is not the smartest but he is not dumb to waste money he doesn't has to something like that.

"it's damage" said Tee slowly, trying to calm down.

"don't use car anymore, public transport are everywhere. You can save more money like that, less pollution" Tee bites his lips, that's true but that was his baby, the gift from his dad.

"but mom, I need to fix it" Tee tries to reason out and forgets the hurtful words.

"then find your own money!" a strong voice booms in the kitchen makes Tee startles and flinch. His stepfather is back.

"don't give it to him. We don't know what will he use it for" continue the old man.

"I just want to fix my car. I will pay it back" said Tee almost on tears.

"your brothers never ask for money before, how dare you the adult ask money from the parent" that was firm and harsh.

Tee gulps down his slump in the throat.

"I just got in accident, the car my dad bought me damage badly. I need some money to repair it. Now, how I wish I die in that accident. Don't worry I will pay other people to handle my funeral, you don't have to pay a cent. I'm going" Tee takes all out and left the house. Once he steps outside the house his tears fall like a waterfall.

"my heart breaks so much already, why they keep stomping at it?" ask Tee to the sky.
