Chapter 7- Yells Screams and Saving

Narrator: Kath got up from against the wall and tried to stop them from fighting. She yelled and screamed but Marcus never got off Lannan. She fell back onto the floor crying. She was covered in bruises and cuts covered in blood. Elliot, Nathan and Brodey looked and Kath with a concerning look in their eyes. They were worried for Kath.

Elliot: Nathan and Brodey, we need to try to get to Kath.

Nathan: She looks so scared and I feel so bad. I know Marcus hates her, but she should at least care for her.

Brodey: I think Marcus broke up with her.

Elliot: What are we going to do to get Kath?

Brodey: I was thinking that one of us can try to stop the boys while the other two try yo get around to Kath.

Nathan: Okay. Let's do it.

Narrator: Elliot stepped a little closer to the two men fighting. The other two got ready to run over to Kath.

Elliot: BOTH OF YOU!! CUT IT OUT!! DO YOU SEE KATH SITTING THERE IN THE CORNER, COVERED IN BLOOD AND BRUISES, THAT'S FROM HER TRYING TO STOP BOTH OF YOU FROM KILLING EACH OTHER.

Narrator: Nathan and Brodey both went over to Kath and asked her some questions as Elliot yelled. Marcus and Lannan didn't stop after Elliot yelled at them.

Brodey: Kath, are you okay??

Nathan: Kath, do you need anything??

Narrator: Elliot has come over to Kath and was by her side.

Kath: I don't think I can stay here. I'm afraid Marcus will hurt me again. I will try to come back before the storm. Can you try to get everything I may need for the closet? I will come back before the storm.

Elliot: Kath, your covered in blood and bruises. You shouldn't leave, you hurt. What would you do if you left?

Kath: I would find a place to stay somewhere.
