Our four heroes rode on horseback for a while until coming across another empty and abandoned farm in the country. Needless was the first to arrive and cleared the inside to make sure there where no bandits or worse hiding inside, he gave the all clear and they started looking around the farm for supplies or food. Needless found several old cans and glass bottles he figured he could use for target practice, so he grabbed them and set them up on nearby fence before going back and searching for the rest of the supplies, once everything was gathered they set up some lanterns in the house and used that as their campsite for the day.

In the free time after dinner Needless decided to take some shots at the targets he had set up. Every shot Needless took seemed to get more and more off center. Then 6 flashes of light and 6 loud bangs behind him, and all 6 targets had been either knocked down or completely destroyed. The source of the noise and flashes was the smoking gun still in Quinn's hand. She walked up to Needless and said "You're doing it all wrong, look here," she instructed him in the proper placement of his arms and legs and how to hold the gun at the optimal position. Needless loaded the gun and fired at six more targets, missing only half of them. he set up three more for a total of six targets and tried again, hitting all of them.

Quinn then asked, "have you ever shot at a moving target?" Needless looked at her in confusion and said, "m-m-movin, are you crazy what is there even out here to hit other then you, Rosy, or Oreo?" "Relax," Quinn said as she picked up some old glass bottles and cans, "you say pull and I'll throw these as far into the air as I can, after you hit them like that we can move on from there." "Ok," Needless said clearly nervous as he slowly raised the loaded gun and said, "pull." Quinn throw the first can up, about a 45 degree angle right in front of Needless going away from him, he pulled the trigger and the can sparked and fell out of the sky. "That's hit one," Quinn said with excitement, "we still have six targets to throw though, so do to more and I'll step it up." Needless raised the gun again and said, "throw both." Quinn said, "ok fine your challenge," and tossed two glass bottles up, both exploded almost simultaneously, the gun still smoking in his hand. Quinn said, "ok time to turn it up," she went next to the farm house and said that the next three targets were coming from the side instead of from behind, they were going to be thrown randomly so no saying pull. Needless raised the gun and waited, the first one caught him off guard but he hit it the second after he saw hit, the next two came at once and he hit them out of the air without problem. "Good," said Quinn, "all you need now is practice, but lets sleep for now and move out tomorrow, the sun's almost down." They all went inside and prepared their own separate sleeping areas and went to bed knowing tomorrow they would have to ride to the next town over that was known as the crime capital of the old west.
