The Start of The End

It has been about five years since the League of Villains has taken over all of Japan. They now rule with an iron fist. Anyone who disobeys them is quickly taken care of. That is if they are caught. The villains have captured almost every Pro Hero they have come across. While some have escaped the rest are locked away. Our guess is as good as yours with what they do to you if your captured. The only thing I know for certain is that some of the captured students are brainwashed. So far we haven't seen many that were successful.

Shortly after my friends and I escaped we went into hiding. A bunch of fifteen year olds were on the run from a hostile takeover. Sounded kind of cheesy. Some of the UA students got away that day. At least those who were smart enough to run. The rest tried to fight back and were taken by the League. They were either brain washed or locked up with the heroes. The ones that escaped formed groups of their own. Their plan was just to survive as long as they could.

Our plan was very different. We weren't going to sit around and wait for someone to come save us. We were going to save ourselves. Save our home. Our group consisted of ten people all together. Six of them were from my class. Three from the year ahead of us and one of the teachers. Katsuki Bakugo, Shouto Todoroki, and Momo Yaoyorozu. The teacher was none other than Pro Hero Eraser Head. The kids from my class included Artemis Mizuko, Manzo Shizuka, Ryogi Toyo, Banzan Hideo, Kimi Kuma, and myself. I was now twenty-one along with my class mates. The other three students were twenty-two.

After we left the grounds of UA that day my classmates and I went to find a safe place to stay. It took several hours to find a place that wasn't on fire. We had to think like a villain. 'Where would we hide? Can they find us if we hide there? Are we too exposed?'

"Ok how was the attack at the shop down town?" I asked looking over at Toyo. While we were in hiding we tried to make the Leagues job harder by messing up their operations. Toyo was the one who planned this hit and even found this hide out. We had to make sure we found a larger hideout for him due to his quirk Centaur. Fortunately, he fit inside this one.

"Successful."

"Casualties?"

"None." He replies quickly and to the point.

"Good." Recently we hit up a factory that ended up getting Eraser hurt. So for the next couple of missions he wouldn't be able to help. That means we had to be extremely careful with our next missions. We didn't need anyone else getting hurt. I turn my attention towards Todoroki, Bakugo, and Yaoyorozu. "Any luck finding the rest of your class?" I ask hopefully. I know it's wrong to get your hopes up in a time like this but it couldn't be helped.

Yaoyorozu was the one to step forward and answer. "Yes." There was a hopeful smile on her face. I was shocked but I urged her to explain. "Most of them have started to patrol around the center of the city. I guess the League has felt confident about the brain washing that they will now put them to use." Then her expression saddened. "The only problem is that they seem to have gotten better with their tactics. Unlike with the three of us, they have these precautionary collars."

My face darkens a bit. I look over at Bakugo and Todoroki for confirmation. They both nod their head and wait for me to continue. "Ok who did you see?" I asked looking at their facial expressions. Honestly I couldn't imagine having my friends in the hands of the enemy. At least all of my friends. I thought all of my class had made it out that day. Turns out a few weren't able to escape.

Bakugo steps forward this time. "We saw Tsu, Iida, Jirou, Kaminari, Sero, Ashido, and Kirishima. We didn't stay long enough to see if the others were out too." As I listen I think about how far he has come. Sounds weird for someone younger than him to say that. But Bakugo really has gotten himself together and is working well as a team. There is still the occasional squabble but it is nothing they can't handle. Most of them time he keeps a cool head. Unless there is a heavy film of emotion surrounding a certain task. Then he tries to take a step back to let Todoroki or Yaoyorozu handle it. "We also noticed that not all the collars were the same. They probably do something different to each person."
