What Goes Up Must Come Down

You Are Mine

My mind was foggy. I was slowly starting to wake up. It took a couple minutes before I realized my hands were taped in front of me with, what I assumed was, Sero's tape. My ankles were taped in the same fashion. I try to say something but I notice there's tape on my mouth. When I look around my eyes focus on what seems to be the back of an SUV. I could tell we were moving and that it was morning. 'How long was I out?' I think to myself.

I move my arms up to my face and pull the tape off quickly. "Ow." I mumble softly hoping they didn't hear me. Once I throw the tape off to the side I try to use my teeth to tear the tape. It was a lot harder than I thought.

As I continue trying I suddenly feel a pair of eyes watching me. I pray that it is not someone in the car. When I turn I see bright red eyes with an evil smirk on his face. "If I were you I would stop before someone gets hurt." I freeze not being able to roll back over the other way. "After all these years you have nothing to say to me?" Kirishima let out a chuckle as he looked down at me. He went and sat back down.

Once he was out of my sight I shake my head. "Let me out!" I demand as I start to use my legs to kick the sides of the car. I hear a few grunts from the people in the car. With my eyes closed I continue to kick at the walls.

"Kirishima if you don't shut her up I will do it permantaley." I hear a voice say. From the sound of it, it sounded like Sero. Kirishima muttered a yeah and turned back to face me.

I still had my eyes closed as I kicked the car. "Hey!" He said as I continued. Suddenly I feel a large hand grab me around the throat and pull me up. I knew I had to keep my eyes closed or else I would be speechless. "When you are told to do something you will listen. That is rule 1. So let's practice that." I struggle in his grasp as I try to wiggle away. "Open your eyes." I shake my head no as best as I can. His grip tightened cutting off air flow. "Open your eyes!" He said with more demand.

After a few more seconds I start to get dizzy. I open my eyes weakly. My eyes start to focus on the man in front of me. His grip loosened and he smirked. "Good girl. Now keep quiet and don't move." Kirishima threw me down.

I started to cough when he threw me down. After a couple coughs I glare where he was. "This is stupid." I mumble. Then and idea pops into my mind. I activate my quirk as the familiar light green feathers sprout out of my arms. I am able to pull my hands close to one side of my arms. Carefully I put divots in one of the feathers. I had never tried this but I hoped it worked. Once I finish I pull the feather out and it hardens. Luckily my plan worked. The edges of my feather were serrated.

A smirk is planted on my face. Quickly and quietly I start to saw the tape around my wrist. I held the feather in my mouth. After a few seconds I am able to remove the tape. I do the same thing with the tape around my ankles. The men up front hadn't noticed me yet. They were talking which helped hide what sound I did make. "So where are we planning on taking her?" I assume that Kaminari asked that question.

Kirishima is the one to answer. "Back to base." His reply was short and sweet. 'This is my chance!' I think to myself. I turn around and take the panel out of the trunk door. '3 2 1 go!' I open up the door and jump out spreading my arms in the process. The wind blows against my feathers. I smirk as I start to fly higher.

Before I get too high I feel something start to pull me down. I look behind me to see Sero using his quirk. I glare and pull one of the feathers out of my arms quickly throwing it at the tape. It snapped in two sending the owner of the tape back from the force.

"I can make it!" I tell myself flying forward. Suddenly something new wraps around my waist. It's a pair of arms. Since it was unexpected I started to fall. Before we hit the ground my attacker let go and rolled to the ground. I was able to glide and land softly.
