Jin POV
I came in the kitchen and opened the fridge.
I contemplated on what I should make for our guest to eat.
I don't know what she likes.
Since we don't seem to have a lot of ingredients anyway I'll have to make something simple.
We do have eggs and chicken breasts...
I could make chicken schnitzel.
But what if she's vegetarian or vegan?
Let's be safe.
I closed the fridge and opened a cabinet.
I took a pack of pasta out.
Took a pot, filled it with water and put it on the stove for the water to boil.
Put some salt in it and went back to the fridge.
I took some tomatoes out and started grinding them.
The longer it takes, the better it is.
Fresh ingredients make the food tastier and healthier.
I put the tomato sauce that I made into a small pot and added some spices.
The water was ready for the pasta.
I added them in and waited.
Y/N:
- Is that for me?I turned around and saw Y/N with Namjoon coming in.
Me:
- Yes, I didn't know what you like, so I decided on some pasta with tomato sauce. Is that okay with you?She just nodded and sat down on a stool from the island that was in the middle of the kitchen.
She didn't say if she likes it or not.
Such a simple thing to say...
Yet she doesn't let her guard down even for something like this.
For all I know maybe she hates pasta.
Does it matter that much if I know her favourite foods?
Yet again she doesn't trust us and neither do we.
The pasta and the sauce were ready, turned the stove off, put some on a plate and placed it in front of her.
I gave her a fork and she took it smiling at me.
A sweet smile.
It was a mask.
Real or fake?
I can't tell.
Y/N:
- Thank you Seokjin. This girl speaks and acts like she has no soul.
Poor thing.
