I was stressed, like so damn stressed. I was expected to bring in a fully finished essay for tomorrow but have I done it?
Nope.
I had no one to blame though since we were given a whole month to do it but me being the lazy person I am, I decided to leave it till the day before it was due in.
Ladies & Gentlemen welcome to my extremely fun life.
My empty stomach growled under the oversized hoodie I was wearing. I needed food desperately so decided to leave my essay for now in order to hunt for some food to eat. I jumped off my bed and ran downstairs towards the kitchen in search of something to feed this dangerously loud monster within me.
Nothing. Not a crumb was in sight and that's when I remembered how I was suppose to go grocery shopping today but all I had done was curled up in my warm; cozy duvet and tried to think up of possible ways to get out of not going to class tomorrow.
We seriously do love a hard working female.
I grabbed my wallet, phone and keys and headed out the dorm to go to the 24 hour convenience store down the road. I trudged at a pace that was very inhuman like but I didn't care at this point in life.
As I walked into the store, I felt a pair of eyes follow my every move but didn't think much of it.
I grabbed a couple of packets of potato chips, some drinks, pots of ramen and some candy before walking over to the cashier and could still feel harsh glares being sent towards me. I gulped quietly trying really hard not to show how scared I was.
"That will be 14,000 won please." I paid with my card and smiled at the lovely woman who was standing opposite me whilst she packed all the snacks into a bag.
"Thank you." I bowed as I took my things before leaving. I had barley left the store before I felt a hand grabbed onto my arm and me being the paranoid bitch I was, screamed uncontrollably."Hey! Calm down it's me Soobin."
"Soobin?" I turned round only to see my boyfriends impeccable face looking directly back at me. I wrapped my arms around his torso and hugged him like there was no tomorrow. At this point I was balling my eyes out."Hey are you okay?" He asked his voice filled with worry as he wrapped his arms around me.
"I t-thought you were some k-killer, there was this strange man who had been watching me whilst I was in the shop."
"Well I must be a really good looking killer to have stole your heart because I wouldn't want a single thing happening to the mother of my future children.""Yah!" I pushed him away.
"What are you trying to say?" I could feel myself starting to flush what would probably be a deep red all across my pale face. I hear his laughs as he slung his left arm over my shoulder.
"You have such a dirty mind babe."
"Clearly you're the one who thought of the idea."
"Whatever you say babe."We walked in unison all the way back to my dorm and he stayed the night too. I fell asleep on the couch as soon as I ate a bowl of ramen, totally forgetting about the essay I was suppose to finish.
Soobin's POV
I carried Y/N bridal style to her bedroom and placed her carefully onto her bed and tucked her in. Whilst tidying up her messy room, my eyes landed on her open laptop that was still turned on. I sat down on the chair and realised that it was the essay she had been frankly talking about these past couple of days: and she hadn't finished it.
What a surprise!
The topic of the essay wasn't an opinion based topic so anyone could do it. I began typing and after an hour or so finished up the 50 page essay or the 'masterpiece' as I prefer to call it. A slight yawn escaped my lips and looked at the time to see it was 1am in the morning.
I printed out the final copy of the essay, stapled it together and placed it neatly into her bag for tomorrow then slid into bed beside the girl I most loved, wrapping my long arms tightly around her tiny body as if she would leave my side.
I truly believe that I must have saved an empire in my past life to be gifted with Y/N because she was perfect.
