Life Is A Curveball

I never know where I'm going in life.
Sometimes I think I do,
Then other times I have no clue.

In a way,
That's how it's supposed to be.
You're always supposed to be on your toes.
Waiting for the next curveball.

If you always knew what would happen,
Life wouldn't have excitment.
Fear.
Hope.
Regret.
And more.

Life is supposed to push you to you're limits.
It's supposed to keep you questioning.
It makes you stronger,
And molds you into who you are.

Life is never blunt.
But it's also never to the point.
It can't be figured out easily.
That's why everyone questions its meaning.
It's why there's so many questions left unanswered.

Life is supposed to be lived.
You're supposed to take chances.
But not everyone does.

How life has affected you,
That determines who you are.
That's why everyone is different.
But that's also how everyone is the same.
