(8) Dead or Alive?

ZAYN'S P.O.V

"Liam and Louis have been gone for too much time, do you think they're ok?" I asked Harry

"I don't know Zayn, I hope they are" Harry said

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU DON'T KNOW?" Liam has to be alright, he needs to, Harry's answer really irritated me

"Woa woa Zayn, calm down, yes they're fine I'm sure they are"

I couldn't go in there, if the myth is true, that stupid creature will appear and I will draw Lucifer's attention which I don't want to. I needed to think about something, quickly there is not much time left.

And then, a brilliant idea went through my mind, Niall.

Niall is not a demon, like me and Harry, he's an angel so he's "allowed to step inside the basilica.

"Niall-" I couldn't finish my sentence because I was interrupted by Niall

"Yes I know Zayn, you want me to go in there and look for Liam and Louis, am I right?" Niall said

"Yes-s, you are, but how did you know that?" I asked, I was a bit confused

"It's a little secret..." Niall said giggling

"I will go in there only with one condition"

"And what would that be?" I wonder what is going to ask for

" To go to Nando's when we return to London" then he put on his child face, which no one can resist

"Ok ok, we'll go to Nando's" I saw Niall's face getting brighter and brighter like when you bring a child into a Candy shop.

"Yessssssss Nando's! " Niall was sooo excited

"Niall remember that even if it's a holy place, we cannot be sure of what's inside, so please be careful and please find Liam and Louis" I know that sometimes I can be very annoying, but right now I need to make sure that everything goes fine.

"Zayn, don't worry, I'll find Liam amd Louis" Niall seemed to be very sure of himself

"Ok guys, wish me good luck" Niall said

"You don't need any luck, you're an angel, you twat" Harry responded

"Ok, , don't need to be rude isn't it?"

NIALL'S P.O.V

Ah-h-h sometimes Harry can be an arse, it was just a joke... oh-h well, let's find Liam and Louis. Being an angel has many advantages, for example I know which way they went thanks to my powers.

I made my way towards a wooden door, which has been left open, of course by Liam, however I can tell that it was already open even before Liam and Louis went in, m-h-h it's very strange, because who will ever leave the back door of the most important basilica in the world open?

By making my way in, I could tell that first they went towards the altar and somewhere near the altar they found a way to get underground but I cannot find that one anymore, I hope there is a secondary way.

I looked all around the basilica and I couldn't find anything, until I saw something behind a statue, it was a very strange because the statue didn't belong here, because it wasn't any type of statue that you'll find in a basilica, it was a black and red statue representing an angel, his position was very strange, it was like he was falling, and on the edge of the statue there was something written, there were three numbers, the first one was 6 ,the second on was also 6 but when I tried to read the third number I couldn't, not because it was dark but because that part has been damaged. There was something about that statue that intrigued me, so I wanted to take a closer look by touching it with my hands.
