(16) Saving Louis

Liam's P.O.V

Louis fell to the ground. Again.

"What did you do to him?" I anxiously asked Zayn

"Nothing, he just passed out. He must have seen what happened" Zayn answered back. Then he took Louis, lifting him like he was light as a feather, and started walking.

I realised I was left there, so I ran and reached Zayn.

"Is he a demon now?" I asked Zayn, only the thought gave me the creeps.

"Yes Liam, he is now, it was the only way to to save his life" Zayn said, his eyes now searching for mines. But he never found them, mines, were staring at the ground, filled with tears.

I felt completely useless, I couldn't save Louis' life and now he's a monster who desires to kill me. Well I deserve it.

"So, what can we do now? I asked Zayn.

"Well there is nothing to do now, the only thing we can do is to tell him who's the real enemy"

"Weren't we supposed to meet--"

"Is that Louis?" A familiar voice asked, I turned around and I saw Harry and Niall.

"Yes, that's Louis" I couldn't speak, the fear that they were going to blame me was overwhelming.

"Liam thinks it's his fault if Louis is a demon now, but it's not really." Zayn said.

"Sorry what? Louis? A demon? How?" Harry's incredulous voice filled the air.

I think he likes Louis, but I'm not sure...

"Well, he would have died so it was the best thing that could have happened to him" Zayn responded calmly

Where's Jenna?" I asked, she was supposed to be with Harry and Niall.

"Oh, you just reminded me, I sent her to investigate the recent increase of sightings of demons all around the world. The have been seen everywhere, from NYC To LA to Tokyo, Moscow and London.

"Why this exponential increased, are they planning something? My curiosity spoke.

"Well we think they do" Harry spoke

"But now that Louis is here, I think I know why" Harry said, now looking at all of us

"Speak Curly boy" Zayn said, making me laugh.

"You're just jealous of my hair that's all" Harry said, Zayn now laughing even harder than me

"Haha, very funny you Bad Boy, so do you want me to tell you ,yes or no?" Harry said, now serious

Zayn got the message and stopped laughing "Yes" he then said

"I think that Lucifer was going to use Louis as a weapon against us"

"Weapon? Against us? Why?" Harry's words confused me. But then...

"No. Don't tell me" I said, realisation coming to me.

"I'm afraid yes Liam, this is a war now!" Harry said in a dead serious tone

"A war? But, we can't win, there is no way, he's Lucifer and..." Then I stopped and turned towards Zayn.

"Did you know anything about it Zayn? A smirk now forming on his face.

"So you knew! Why didn't you tell me?" My voice filled with anger.

"There was no point, you would have had a panic attack Liam"

"No, I wouldn't have" now lying. He was right. But was there a need to lie?

"There is no time to argue Liam, we have to get prepared Lucifer is going to throw an entire army at us. We also need some allies, and. I think I know from where to get them" Zayn said, now taking command

"But" he said " we need some volunteers to go and get them" Now looking at Harry and Niall.

"Okok, we got it. We are the volunteers. Where do we have to go?" Niall and Harry said.

Then we all went around Zayn to hear his plan and...

*minutes after*

Niall and Harry left, and now I was left with Zayn and Louis.

"Zayn, don't you think it's going to take a lot of time for them to reach those destinations?" I said, well I mean NYC and LA aren't very close to us.

"Well, if they were common humans like you, yes it would have took a lot of time, but they're not and that means that they're be back in a matter of hours"

Then I heard some noises, and then I saw Louis, opening his eyes. I ran to were we left him. "Omg Louis, you're ok" I said .

"Arghh, is that you Liam?" Louis asked, putting his hand on his head

"Yeahh it's me"

"Arghhh, my head hurts so much, what happended?"Louis asked

"You mean you don't know?" Zayn spoke

"Know what Zayn? Can someone tell me what happened? And how I got here.

The next twenty minutes were spent explain to Louis what happened.

"You mean I'm a demon now??? Woahhhh that's so cool! That means I can fly and stuff!" Well I thought that Louis would have been scared and stuff which scared me, but he's not, so I feel better.

"Good to know that you're ok Louis, but now we have to make up a plan on how to defeat Lucifer" Zayn said, both of us focused on him.

Then in a matter of time, the sky turned even darker than it was already and thunders and lightings could be heard and seen everywhere.

"We need to hide! The war it's starting!" Zayn shouted, we all ran towards our apartment, Zayn leading us...
