CHAPTER FOUR

I closed my eyes as the knife collided with….the wall? I opened my eyes and looked right at him. “Happy early April fools,” Dilan said with a wide smirk plastered on his face. He took a few steps back until Jace and Michael burst through the door. “What?” I was so confused. It looked so real and I cried and it felt so real… I just tilted my head as I stood, back against the wall, dumbfounded. “By the look on your face, we got you sooo good,” said Michael as Lily and Liz became present at my side. “That’s wasn’t funny,” that was the only sentence that found its way out my mouth.

“Oh yes it was, you thought I died and by the looks of it, you cried and ran and screamed like idiots so YES, it was quite amusing,” Jace emphasized on the word yes. “I taught you died,” I didn’t mean to say that, seems now in situations like this my thinking gets mixed up with my talking. “Well, that was the point,” said Dilan and Jace continued, “Aww you cried for me, gee do you have a crush on me or something.” “You wish, I cried cause I’m quite sensitive and I found this … whatever this was … like a sad show,” I think that came out the way I meant for it to and with that, I grabbed Lily and Liz hands and stormed out the room.

“Where are you going baby girl?”  Michael was right. “Jace type in your stupid password and let us go NOW, please.” “Not just yet.” I turned right around. Anger heated long enough inside of me and I did the least expected thing. I cried. It wasn’t like a huge, long crocodile tear kinda cry, it was about two short drops that I didn’t even realize was dripping down my cheeks. “Got an eyelash in your eye?” Jace gave me a pout face. That was when I couldn’t take any more of this crap.

“I BEEN HERE WAY TOO LONG AND I’M TIRED OF YOUR BAG LOAD OF SH*T. OKAY I GET IT, I’M INNOCENT AND WHATEVER BUT YOU SHOULDN’T HAVE PULLED THAT DUMBA$$ PRANK AND SO WHAT IF I’M SENSITIVE. WHAT ABOUT YOU? YOU AND THE REST OF YOUR DUMBA$$ED CREW ARE A BUNCH OF D!CKHEADS SO I HOPE THAT YOU ROTT IN YOUR SLEEP. Now, OPEN THE GOD DAMNED DOOR! I WANNA GO HOME!” I took one deep breath in and gave them ‘THE LOOK’. “Wow, I didn’t think you got that in you,” Dilan looked really shocked. “OPEN THE DOOR.” “Relax baby girl, so, you don’t wanna watch the movie then?” “OPEN THE DOOR!” I said together with Lil and Liz.

“Okay geez,” and with that Jace typed in his password. I looked as he typed his password in so, if they kidnap us here, I’ll know the password. The password to me looked like password, which is silly to me. As soon as I heard the lock open, I grabbed Liz and Lil and pulled them out the door with me, not looking back. The time was now 9:02 pm and I was not ready to go home. “Guys, maybe we could stop go somewhere,” I had no idea where I wanted to go. “We could go to the movies or we could go for ice cream, maybe something to eat like pizza?” Lily never took her eyes once off the road as she looked in deep thought. “Well I actually really wanted to watch Abraham,” said Liz followed by me “And I had pizza today.” “I’m stacked up on ice cream at home sooo, the cinema it is,” Of course Lil is stacked up on ice cream, she practically lives on it.

Since we were going to the cinema, I wondered what good shows it had. I remember going through the list of shows now on, online. “What show are we watching?” my mind spoke for me. “What’s showing now?” I took this time to remember the list of movies I read, “Guardians of the Galaxy, Something Ninja Turtles, Some movies with a journey or something, Into the storm, Lucky or Lucy whatever her name is, Let’s be cops, Step up 5, umm hold on, expendables 3 and I can’t remember the rest. “I heard Let’s be cops was funny, step up 5 was the best step up, expendables 3 was epic, guardians was cool and ninja turtles was cool. Take ya pick,” The thing about Lily is that she’s basically in everyone’s business so she knows what everyone thinks about everything. “Umm I could use some comedy after what just happened so, Let’s be cops. Liz? What’s your pick?” “Um I vote comedy too and I know Lily will say the same, right Lil.” “YES!” “Cinema here we come!”
