Rising up from the bed, while yawning and stretching from a good night sleep, Annabella checked the clock on the wall,it was 5:00.Trust her to wake up early.Waking up early has always been her way of having a good day.

She stood up and went downstairs to the kitchen to make coffee,walking gently so as not to wake up her sister.While waiting for the water to heat, Annabelle sat on a chair and mentally went through her schedule for the day.

She would be having a meeting by 12 noon with Eric to discuss the latest concerning the ranch and to also take her round the ranch.She also had plans to take a full tour of Sunrise town with her sister.

"Gotcha"! 

Swirling her blonde hair around, Annabella smiled at her sister,"good morning sleepy greenie eyes."How was your night"?

"Very good blue eyes". Nodding towards the kettle,she asked"making your good day coffee already"

"Sure,you know that already". Annabella said while rising up to make coffee for the both of them."Take".

Collecting the cup of coffee being handed to her."Thanks,hmmm delicious". Turning to Annabella,she asked."so when is your meeting with Eric"?

"By 12pm.We should be done by 3pm.What do you say about the both of us doing a little sight seeing around today"?

"Great"!,she replied excitedly."Was thinking of that too",she grinned.

"Well,am happy you want to."Annabella replied happily,Standing up."Ok sis,let me go and have my bath and get ready for the meeting.When sir Eric comes, show him to the study,i"ll be down in a jiffy".

Dressed in a black pants and a light blue shirt which was tucked in, with her long hair which she had styled to a ponytail, Annabella smiled at her image in the mirror.

Walking downstairs to the study, feeling happy,she hummed to herself.

Opening the study, Annabella met sir Eric who had been waiting patiently for her.

His kind brown eyes sparkling as he rose up to give her a big hug."My Annabella, how are you doing?"

"Doing very good Eric,how are you doing too?",she asked smiling as she sat on a chair facing him.

"Good, good my girl.I'm so glad to see you girls after five long years.Once again,am sorry for the death of your father,he was a good man".

Face paling, Annabella replied,"thanks Eric, that's why we had to come back, there's nothing left for us to do in England anymore.I and my sister have decided to come back home and continue with our lives."

"Anyway, thanks also for all your help,I and my sister can't thank you enough.How's Sally and the kids.I bet they're all grown up now".

"My family are all doing well,my wife and the children are so happy to have you girls back,be expecting a visit from her soon and there's really no need to thank me, you all are like a family to me",Eric replied smiling at her.

Annabella nodded her head in approval before going straight to business."So how's the ranch doing?"

"Doing good, very good actually,the workers here are all hard working and they treat the horses like humans".

"That's good to hear". Annabella replied smiling."what about the horses feeds,who supplies us with their feeds?"

"Jake and Jake Ltd.They are the best we have in town, they've been our supplier of horses and their feeds for three years now and they've proven to be the best". Eric answered while nodding his head for emphasis.

"Wow!,so much credit for a company.But since you trust them,I have no choice than to.You are a horse master anyway". Annabella replied grinning.

"Thanks, thanks dear, but you are also a horse master, you know a good horse when you see one". Eric replied smiling,"so when do you intend to see the C.E.O of the company?,he's been wanting to see you now you are back".,

"Well, very soon.On Monday should be good right?".

"Yes, I think so.I will give him a call to let him know you are coming".

"Thanks Eric". Frowning,she asked warily,"hmm.. please Eric, can I ask you for a favor?"

"Sure"

"Please can you take me to Jake and Jake company? You know I...

"That's no problem dear",he replied cutting her off."I already planned to take you there whenever you are ready,so there's nothing to worry about".

"Thanks again and again Eric".She replied grinning,"I don't know what I would have done without your support".

"You're welcome dear". Rising up from his chair,he looked at his watch."I have to go now dear, there's still some work I have to do at the ranch".

"Ok, thanks a lot again".She stood up as he embraced her in a fatherly hug again."Very soon,we would both be in the ranch working",she said smiling.

Laughing,he replied,"sure, sure.. can't wait for that actually". With a pat on her shoulder,he left the room.

Life couldn't be more better, Annabella smiled as she left the study room.
