Hi all!
I'm happy to announce that my story planning and outlining led to something! Kingston is rewritten and a lot has changed in The Problem With Games, the new version.
Here's the summary:
The problem isn't that the United States hasn't won an Olympic event in 8 years. The problem is that someone is preventing them from doing so.
What do you do when you're sabotaged on an international level? The United States has one solution: Kingston University. Maybe, just maybe, forming a new team of athletes with training in forensics, international law, and espionage will solve the problem. A college specifically for Olympic athletes is a perfect cover- right?
Kyle and Elaine Trevail are drafted from a small town on the East Coast, and to them, the beautiful Kingston campus and facilities seem like a paradise. Why, though, must they take law classes? Or learn acrobatics when they're in the riding program? Or memorize the 30 most common poisons? It seems there's more to Kingston than the world knows- and Kyle and Elaine are going to find out just how much.
I'm really excited about the way this is going. Go check out the prologue and the first two chapters now!
