"you sure you're going to be okay by yourself tonight?" you say to Will, holding his shoulder.
he nods, his eyes still wet from bawling his eyes out earlier.
you give him a heartful smile and leave, heading to Mikes. you had to stay there for awhile since you got into a conflict with your parents.
you walk up to the Wheelers household and let yourself in.
then, you start walking up to Mikes room. he doesn't spend much time in the basement anymore, for he says, "we aren't kids anymore."
once you get the door to your boyfriends room open, you're caught off guard.
Mike and Eleven were sitting on his bed, leaning into each other and kissing.
you take in a quick deep breath, "Mike?"
he pulls away quickly, "y/n..."
Eleven looks up at you two innocently.
Mike goes to touch your shoulder when you shrivel away, running back down the stairs.
"wait! y/n! don't go please!" he calls.
you shake your head no and keep running outside.
"i can explain!"
you spin around, "explain?? explain what exactly? explain how the people who are supposed to love me, don't??"
Mike's mouth shuts closed.
you stare at his features.
fluffy, dark brown hair, defined eyebrows, cheekbones and jawline, fair skin and watery brown eyes.
"first my parents..." your words shake, "and now you."
