Chapter 20

Picture has nothing to do with the chapter but HAPPY BIRTHDAY MIKEY !! He's 23 ! My baby is growing up too fast for me 😭😭🥰💝

Andy's PoV

What?

I stood still, why was i more disappointed than happy, i like Mikey. I have had a long going crush on him for God knows how long and here he is reciprocating those feelings and... I'm not as happy.

Why?

I looked back up at Rye, his body was jumping with joy as he was reading out his and Mikey's conversation but as i looked in his eyes i could see... sadness?

"Why aren't you jumping ! Your crush just literally said he liked you back!" He said locking his phone. I snapped out of my thoughts and put on a fake big smile.

"Oh sorry i was a bit taken a back, i didn't realized he liked me" i said still smiling.

"Well he does !" Rye said still having sadness in his eyes but he covered it up with his huge beautiful smile.

"So what happens now?" I said curiously

"Well, my plan is now out the window because it was a plan to make him like you, but he obviously already likes you so... next thing to do is ask him on a date" he trailed off at the last bit, if i had listened a little bit better i swear i could hear his voice break.

After that we all went back to the studio and finished off the sound tract and had headed home.

(A few weeks later)

It had been a few weeks and me and Rye had gotten really close, like people would think we were dating if they saw us.
I still haven't confronted Mikey about us liking each other. I was too scared.

Right now Rye was lying on the bed while i had my head on his lap and he read. The rest of the boys were out, probably getting kicked out of Asda or another shop again.

"Hey you have been on that page for quite a while" i mentioned.

"Hey you don't know how slow i read" he said in defense

"Actually i know that you at least take 10 minutes to read a chapter, and it has been 20 minutes and you are still on that page" i said.

"Wow... stalker much" he teased.

"Shut up!" I slapped his arm, sitting up i sat next to him and lent my head on his shoulder. "So what has grabbed Rye Beaumont's attention" my heart speed up and a light pink tinted my cheeks as we were really close.

"Umm as usually just a poem" he said.

"Read it."

"We are afraid to care too much, in fear that the other person does not care at all... by Eleanor Roosevelt" he read out.

"Is this about someone?..." i asked.

"Umm i guess you could say that" he said quietly.

"Rye is it bad too fall for someone while you like someone else" i asked

"Well, you would need to think of it as what Johnny Depp once said" he said

"And What's that..." i said wrapping my arm around one of his arms and my head was laying on his shoulder.

"If you love two people at the same time, choose the second. Because if you really loved the first one, you wouldn't have fallen for the second one" he quoted.

I nodded my head but i felt my eye lids get really heavy.

"Go to sleep Andy, its fine i will wake you up when the boys are back." He said as he planted a small kiss on my head a leant his on mine.

Soon enough I fell asleep.
