Hidden Love (DMC 5 Nero x OC) [completed]

Nero brushes off a bit of dirt after jogging to the entrance of Urizen's hall.
Now is the time. This ends here.

He enters the hall. "Hey, douchebag. Missed me", He says as he catches the demon's attention. Nero's turquoise eyes look around the hall looking for Dante and Rose.
"Where's Dante? No body? No dried up Dante jerky? Nothing?"
Urizen lifts his head up from his hand. "You've come here to die", He growls.
Nero smirks. "He talks! Urizen, huh?"
The white haired male starts to walk in circles. "Beat your parents didn't like you so much because your name sucks", Nero adds as he starts a small monologue with himself and looking around the hall once more for his love.

"I am without a name. I am power, absolute", Urizen says as he sinks further into his throne of flesh.
"Say, uh. Have you picked up a blonde girl by the way", Nero asks as he scratches the back of his neck.
"About 160 centimeters, green eyes-"
"I've hidden her", Urizen says causing Nero's mood to darken immediately.
"Well, No Name." He rams the Red Queen into the ground with a loud slam. "I'll be sure to put that on your tombstone."
"You will suffer and die."

Urizen lifts up his claw like arm and the red crystal next to him starts to float in front of him like a shield.
"I'll show you dead weight."
Nero's plan is to destroy the crystal and to behead Urizen then. It should be an easy job, at least that's what he believes.

With the Blue Rose he tries to dodge Urizen's attacks and shoot the red crystal which shields all of his attacks.
Just as he planned it.
At some times Nero even gets close enough to use his Devil Breakers or the Red Queen and after a while the the crystal starts to break.

Nero loads the Blue Rose, aims at the crystal and puts his finger on the trigger. He squints his eyes to focus on his floating target and pulls the trigger hitting the crystal.
As the bullet hits the crystal it shatters into millions of pieces.
Now is his chance.

He jumps up with his Red Queen towards Urizen with a battle cry and blood specks covering his howl body.
With his sword Nero slashes Urizen's hand but is thrown to the ground by him right after. He is thrown back a few meters from the blow and eventually comes to a stop.
Nero only chuckles. "It's about time I landed something", He says as he slowly comes back onto his legs.

Urizen looks at the slice on his hand. "Weak mortal." The demon looks up and back to Nero. "Demon power does not course through your veins. Yet, you try..."
Urizen leans forward in his throne. "How dare you strike me!" He slowly stands up from his throne and blood foundations suddenly burst through the ground.
A vein connected to the throne slowly opens itself revealing more blood and a figure sliding out of it right in front of Urizen's feet.
"The hell...", Nero sighs.

Even though the figure is covered in dark red blood it is clear to everyone in the hall as to who it is. "Rose", Nero mutters as he crawls to her unconscious figure.
He caresses her cheek and strokes her wet hair.

"You will regret being born useless and human", Urizen says as he stomps towards the two figures. With every step a tentacle is ripped off from the giant vain that fed Urizen with the sacrificed blood from the citizens of the city.
"I will show you your worst nightmares", He growls. "I will give you despair and death."

Suddenly Nero feels a hand wrap around his wrist tightly. Surprised by the sudden touch he looks down onto the blood showered girl in front of him. "Run", She whimpers with a silent voice barely even heard.
Nero takes Rose's hand. "Are you alright?" A weak smile spreads onto her lips.

"Enough of this nonsense!" The couple looks up at Urizen who has gathered his power to fight once more.
"Rose, get out of here. I'll handle this." Nero grabs the Red Queen and activates its engine for heat.
With a concerned expression Rose looks into Nero's turquoise orbs unable to express the horror she feels.

"Run and call Nico", Nero says as he pulls his love onto her wobbly feet.
He flashes her one last smile before he pushes her towards the entrance of the hall and readies himself for another fight.

Urizen's fighting technique is even harsher and trickier than before.
A new crystal has formed to shield him from Nero's attacks and tentacles hit the white haired male from everywhere not giving him a fair chance.
Rose watches in horror as she leans against the wall of flesh. She is too weak to fight or warn Nero.

Then it hits Nero. A blow that throws him back once again but this time even harsher and further.
Rose calls out for him with her groggy voice as two big tentacles pick the defeated male off the ground. "Merely human. Petulant mortal flesh", Urizen growls as he stretches out his arm towards Nero.
"Cursed the moment you were brought into this world."
Nero squirms and tries to break free but Urizen's tentacles only wrap tighter around his body causing him to let out a scream of pain.

Rose who has been crawling towards the two figures finally regained some power and reaches out with a scream.

Suddenly something comes crashing in through the ceiling freeing Nero out of the tentacles. Rose rushes to the weakened male.
"Who dares interfere?"

As the blonde looks up she sees a demon, smaller than Urizen but with wings and glowing skin almost like lava. It is like a wall between the couple and the powerful demon who calls himself a king.
"What creature stands against a king!"

"Is that... a demon", Nero sighs as he looks up to his savior.
"It can't be", The male says as he sits up looking at the winged demon in front of him. "Dante, you son of a bitch. I knew you couldn't be killed that easily." Rose holds Nero down as he is at the verge of collapsing.
"Hey, he's all yours but don't let it become a habit."
Those are the last words before Nero falls into Rose's arms unconscious.

Dante's new demon form looks back at her.
"Get out, now", He growls.
To Rose's advantage Griffon must have watched the battle with Urizen and comes to pick up Nero with his claws.
Before Rose follows she looks back to Dante. "Please come back."
Dante faces Urizen which is also the sign for the blonde to leave immediately.
Before the group consisting of two people and a familiar leave Griffon raises his voice. "Win, Dante, win!"

And with that the trio leaves the hall just to limb to the next best phone cell they can find to call Nico.
"You're all covered in blood", Griffon says as he puts Nero down while Rose dials Nico's number.
"I tried to talk with Urizen to buy you guys some time. He figured it out and held me in one of his blood veins."
"That's rough."
Finally the other line answers.
"Nero!"
"No, it's me."
"Rose! Thank god, you're alive", Nico screams into the phone.
"Yes. We can discuss details later. I need you right now."
"On my way."
