It had been 2 weeks now since the slap incident and Jungkook had decided to let it go. And yes, jungkook was currently looking for a job and yoongi had recommended going to his restaurant and talking to jin, the owner. He had mentioned that Jin and him were friends and Jin needed more employees.
the brown haired male walked into the coffee shop and was immediately attacked by the glorious smell of coffee.
"Hello? Is anyone there? I'm uh, looking for jin hyung." Jungkook spoke while walking towards the cashier register.
"Ah that would be me." A blonde haired male soon appeared, "and who might you be?"
"Oh well, you see, yoongi hyung told me that you were looking for employees and I really need a job soo.." jungkook chuckles nervously.
"Oh I see, well let's put those hands of yours to work and see if you're better at making coffee or handling the register." Jin sweetly smiled and jungkook tagged along like a lost bunny.
After a while, Jin concludes that jungkook would best manage the register and once fully learning the coffee recipes he could move on and make coffees instead.
"Thank you so much!! This will really help with college that is starting soon in August and maybe I could buy food and help out more at the house with yoongi."
"Wait hold on a minute, you're the jungkook? Yoongi's roommate?"
"Yeah" Jungkook chirped, "why does he talk about me?" He looked down and blushed a bit.
"In a good way. he has mentioned you a couple of times. I'm glad you moved in and he isn't alone anymore."

Jin had convinced jungkook to stay for a while to get to know each other. By the time jungkook got home it was 9 pm and yoongi was still awake.
"Hyung you should be sleeping."
"I was waiting for you actually, I wanted you to come and watch a movie with me since we don't really spend much time together. There's lamb skewers in the microwave if you're hungry."
"Nah I'm okay."
Jungkook sat down next to yoongi and shared a blanket with yoongi. The two boys were so invested in the movie that they didn't even realize they were holding hands at this point.

The movie finished at 11 pm and the two boys said their good nights before heading off their own separate ways.
Yoongi was currently trying to sleep, he had finally found the perfect position and was so close to falling asleep until a certain sound made his ears perk up in wonder to check who it was.
It was a new notification from hoseok.
What could he want at this hour? Jesus.
