It was 5 AM on Monday morning Makayla got up she started her shower then got herself dressed and ready for their flight to Colorado. She braided her hair into two braids and put a beanie on did a little make up. She put her outfit on as well as her boots she got her bags together then came downstairs with all her bags.
"Makayla honey are you alright?' Elizabeth said
"Yeah I'm fine why?' she said
"Well.. you passed out in the middle of a flip. And when I talked to your coach she said that last week you had to get a new cheer uniform cause the one you had was to loose." Elizabeth said
"So because I've lost some weight you are concerned. I cheer and dance mom we are required to work out so that could be why." she said
"Okay..sorry." Elizabeth said
They all loaded up the car the same time as the Barnes' family. They all headed to the airport they got everything checked and tagged for the right flight then headed to the gate. "Makayla do you want anything for breakfast" Elizabeth said
"No I'm fine." she said
After waiting around for two hours they finally called their flight. Bucky Makayla and Mitchell had seats together. She sat in between them once they plane took off she put her headphones in and laid her head on Mitchell's shoulder. Bucky looked over at her and sighed. "Mitch.." he said
""Yeah.." he said
"She's lost a lot of weight..look how much her seatbelt is let out." Bucky said
"Please don't start it. Mom has already gotten on her this morning." he said
Bucky looked down and he said "She's not been Makayla for a long time." Bucky said
"I know but she won't break down her walls Buck. I've tried." he said
Bucky shook his head and looked out the window. He wiped a stray tear then turned his baseball hat around and covered his face to sleep with his headphones in.
Once they landed in Colorado and got their luggage. They all got their rental cars loaded up "Okay let's get some dinner then we will get our cabin keys." Mabel said
They found a local steakhouse everyone gave their order then the waiter got to Makayla. "Um I'll have um a steak with steamed mushrooms and green beans." she said
She excused herself to go to the bathroom a few minutes after she ate her food then came back then plastered a fake smile on her face. They left the restaurant got their keys to the cabin then made their way to the cabin that was reserved for their families.
