Suddenly the man vamped away, leaving Elena surprised.

"D-damon." Liza said running to him and helping him up.

"I told you to stay!" He grunted with his eyebrows arched in anger.

"I-I was worried."

*vision*

"Tag your it." Victoria tapped Stefan and ran.

"I'm going to get you." He called running after her. The ran around the garden before Stefan finally caught up to her. "Got you." He tapped her, grabbing his knees and catching his breath. "Your fast."

"I am a vampire." She smirked before sighing sadly.

"Stefan what are you doing out here with my little sister?" Katherine demanded, a little angry that he wasn't paying attention to her.

"We were playing tag." He told her.

"I apologize for taking his company from you."Victoria smiled sadly.

"Why Hello, Brother. " A man said hugging Stefan.

"Damon! Your back early."

"I was too good for the war." He replied turning around.

His crystal blue eyes met the golden brown ones that belonged to Victoria. Something happened in that moment, something clicked, and they both grew intrigued with each other.

"Hello, I'm Damon." He said a little dazed by her. He took her hand and kissed it.

"I'm Victoria." She smiled, she couldn't take her eyes off of him. "Your pen pal."

"And I'm Katherine." Katherine said, pushing her sister out of the way, jealous of the attention her sister was getting.

"Hello miss Katherine." Damon gave her a fake smile. All he wanted to do was talk to Victoria.

"Now that both of the Salvatore's are home, there are two possible people who could take me to the ball." Katherine exclaimed. "Whatever shall I do." She smirked.

"I will accompany you." Stefan said. He thought they were going steady, why would she want Damon to take her?

"Would you like to go with me, Victoria?" Damon asked.

"I'd love to." She smiled and Katherine glared.

"Gilbert." The nurse called out.

Eliza went back and Auggie followed her. After Elizabeth left with Damon, Auggie realized he couldn't survive without his best friend. So he made amends and now he's with her at her doctors appointment.

"Step on the scale please." Liza did as told and the wrote everything down.

She laid her down on the chair and lifted up her shirt. "This is going to be cold." She told her as she squeezed the gel onto her stomach. She then took an ultrasound.

"Would you like to hear the heart beat?" She asked.

"Y-yes" Eliza said and the lady turned on the volume. Two heartbeats filled their ears and Elizabeth gasped in surprise.

"Twins." Auggie cheered, hugging his best friend.

"It's a girl and a boy." The nurse smiled. "Would you like a picture?"

"sure."


The nurse printed out the picture before letting her know the doctor would be in just in a moment.

"Hello, I'm Dr.Reese."The doctor stated, walking in. "I wanted to let you know that you're moving along very rapidly, faster than human rate. It's unreal. So if you did want to abort the fetuses we would have to do it very fast."

Elizabeth thought to herself for a moment. Did she want an abortion? She knew that there was nothing wrong with having one, especially under her circumstances. But did she want one? Eventually she decided the babies were the only good thing that could come out of her situation, so she decided that she would proceed with the birth.

"I'm h-having twins." Liza cried with joy, looking at Auggie.

*vision*

"Miss Emily, can I use your assistance for just a moment?" Victoria asked as she was getting ready for tonight's ball.

"Why of course." She smiled at the sweet girl. She was very kind, loving and selfless, quite the opposite of Katherine. It made them wonder if they were actually related.

Emily helped tie the corset wrapped around Victoria's waist. Victoria put her gown on and asked Emily what she thought.

"You look absolutely beautiful." She told her, putting her hand on Victoria's cheek.

"Thank you." She replied before heading downstairs to meet with her date, Damon Salvatore.

As Victoria descended down the stairs Damon was awestruck at the woman he saw. He couldn't believe someone like her existed.

"You look stunning. He said as he took her hand. "Absolutely stunning." He whispered.

"You look stunning as well." She blushed as she realized what she said. "I meant handsome. You look very handsome."

Damon chuckled at the adorable girl and led her to their carriage.

"Are you a prince? Cause I feel like a princess." She said cheesily.

"That's because you are a princess." He smiled. "Be my princess."

"Wait, so Elena a-and I are a-adopted?" Eliza asked aunt Jenna. A woman named Isobel got with their uncle John, well their dad, and had them. Miranda Gilbert took them in.

"Yes. I'm sorry I didn't tell you, but it wasn't my place." She responded to them.

"I u-understand." Elizabeth said.

"I don't, how could you?!" Elena said storming up to her room. Elizabeth sighed out of sympathy.

"A-Aunt Jenna. I have to t-tell you something." Elizabeth started. " I was raped."

"Oh my god. Are you alright, did you go to the hospital? Who did it? I'm going to kill them!" Jenna rambled.

"I-I'm alright." Liza reassured her. "But I'm pregnant." She showed her the ultrasound pictures.

"Whatever you decide to do, I will be there to support you. " Jenna told her, giving her a hug.

After a while Liza and Jeremy were the only ones home. So they decided to order pizza and watch 'The Breakfast Club.'


"Can you answer the door, I'll get the money." Jeremy told her when the pizza guy knocked.

"Sure." She responded opening the door.

"Your total is $10.94." The man said.

"O-Okay, you can come in and set it down o-over there." She told the man. He walked in and set the pizza down on the coffee table. Jeremy handed him the money and then he left.

"Jer Bear." Liza said using his old nickname. "I-I'm adopted. I hope it doesn't change a-anything between us."

"Of course it doesn't. You'll always be my little sister. I also overheard what you told Jenna earlier, about the babies. You can talk to me whenever, you know?." He told her.

"Yeah. I l-love you jer."

"Love you too , sis."

*vision*

"May I have this dance." Damon asked as the orchestra started to play.

"Of course you can." Victoria said as she curtsied.

He grabbed her hands and it was like electricity running through his veins. Her hands were so tiny and soft compared to his, but they fit perfectly. They were made for each other.

"Can I show you something?" She asked him.

"Sure." Damon responded. She led him through the town square until they found an empty alley.

She showed him her fangs and he backed himself into the wall. "Don't worry, I don't kill people." She reassured him. "Unlike my sister."

"How?" He simply asked, tracing the veins under her eyes with his finger.

"Katherine was being chased by a man, so she killed herself with vampires blood in her system. She snuck her blood into my drink and that night she killed me." Victoria explained to him. "I didn't want to be like this, but I guess everything happens for a reason. If she didn't turn me, I wouldn't have met you."

"I want to be with you forever." Damon said bluntly.

"We just met." Victoria giggled as they started to walk back to the party.

"But I feel like we're soul mates. We were meant for each other, don't you agree?"


"Yes."

"This compass Stefan gave me is going crazy." Elena said in her 50's attire.

"What is it s-supposed to mean?" Liza asked as she finished applying the red lipstick to her lips.

"That a vampire is here. I'm going to call Stefan and see where he is." Elena responded before dialing his number.

"Yellow." Damon answered the phone.

"Where is Stefan?" Elena asked, rolling her eyes at the annoying brother, even though he couldn't see.

"I can hear the attitude, Elena, drop it. He's on his way." Damon said into the phone.

"Okay." Elena sighed in relief. "He's probably here, this gadget is going crazy."

"Your welcome." Damon said sarcastically before hanging up.

"We should be f- " Elena was cut off by Liza's scream as a vampire came down from the roof and grabbed her by the neck. Before the vampire could bite her Stefan threw him off and he disappeared.

"Are you okay?" He asked Elizabeth, seeing the color had drained from her face.

"I'm fine. T-totally fine. I should b-be used to it by now." Liza said trying to calm her emotions.

"Hey." Stefan said sympathetically, bringing her in for a hug. "No one should have to get used to attacks, it's not normal."

"You bet it isn't, and Im gonna kick his ass." Damon said walking in.

"What is he doing here?" Stefan asked Elena.

"I called him." She said and Stefan gave her a look. "What? He cares for her, if anyone will catch this guy, he will."

"I don't think you've ever been more right."Damon smirked. No one touched his princess and got away with it.

"Now, here's the plan." Damon started, "You two are going to lure him in at the dance, and when he comes I'm gonna put a pretty little steak in his heart."

"No. "Stefan demanded. "We are not putting them in danger."

"You'll be there to protect us." Elena said. "We need to get this guy Stefan."

"How was he even invited in?" Stefan inquired.

"O-oh god." Liza said in realization. "The p-pizza guy! I'm so s-stupid."

"You couldn't have known." Elena consoled her.

"Let's go to the dance." Damon said somberly. He was upset that Liza was in the middle of this supernatural drama.

They made it to the dance and Liza was greeted by Auggie. "Hey, you want some punch?" He asked.

"Sure." She replied with a smile. She was glad he was here.

While he was getting some punch Eliza received a call. "Look over at your brother." The voice growled into the phone.

She looked over to see the hooded vampire standing behind him. "D-don't touch h-him."

"Go to the cafeteria by yourself or I'll suck your brother dry." The vampire said. Eliza walked fast towards the door with the vampire hot on her tail, then she ran into the cafeteria.

She ran towards the door to the outside but it was locked. He got closer and she grabbed pencils and stabbed it into his hand. He smirked while pulling the pencil out and going towards her again. She broke a mop stick over her leg and went to put it in his heart when he grabbed it.

"Hey dickhead, over here." Auggie said tackling the vampire. Damon, Elena and Stefan came in behind them.

"Are you okay?" Elena asked Eliza as they questioned the vampire.

"I'm f-fine." She said meaning it. She fought back for once, and it felt good.

"Why were you going after Liza?!" Auggie demanded to know as Damon stabbed the stake in the vampires leg.

"That is Victoria." The man said before Auggie stabbed him in the heart.

"N-No." Eliza cried out. She couldn't help but feel responsible for the vampires death.

"It had to be done. " Damon told her. "He was invited in."
