Moomin one shots

House warming(Mymble, Snorkmaiden)

Now having unpacked all the boxes in the house you invited Mymble and My back for lunch.
"I'm sorry Little My couldn't come this time. I hope its fine that another friend come instead?"
You nod happily and set out in a new direction with Mymble leading. It was early in the day so the sun was still turning the dew into vapor. The scent of flowers were heavy on the light breeze. Your dress swayed gently with every excited step. A few minute walk later and you come upon a little house with a big garage on the side. 
"This is Snorkmaidens house. She is the other friend that will join us for lunch."
Mymble went and knocked on the door and called out wih a sing songy voice.
"Snorkmaiden! I hope you are ready to go have lunch at (Y/N)s place."
The door opens and a pale yellow girl sweeps out and heads behind the house.
"Just a moment! Ill be right there."
Snorkmaiden was aroun the same height as you and Mymble but she was more round like a Moomin and wore a golden anklet. As you think on that and sway with the breeze she comes back around with an arm full of flowers.
"I cant wait to see your new home (Y/N). Mymble told me all about how nice it is and how lovely it is to have a new girl to chat with."

You all headed to your place and Mymble helped you prepare some food. You guided her in making your favorite foods then set to making something sweet to drink. Today was just so nice! Snorkmaiden put the flowers she picked in the window sills and on the porches table. The sun was high and a happy breeze danced with the curtains on their journey through the house. With the air flow, the scent of (fave food) wafted through every room making every inch of home feel fresh and happy. Nothing could be better in the moment as you set the table. With the last plate place you began to flap your hands happily and let out an excited squeak.
"Whats up (Y/N)?"
Snorkmaiden was dipping out food and asked this as she swooped by to finish filling your dish. You tried to calm down a little and explain.
"It's something i do when happy! I'm ecstatic so i'm stimming."
She took her seat next to you and both girls smiled.
"Oh thats really neat (Y/N). I like to sing or dance around when i'm happy."
Mymble nodded while she poured a cup of (fave drink) for everyone.
"Yes, it is nice to see we could help in making you so happy today."
This was so nice, having such nice new neighbors to help adjust to a new home and make friends with. You sat down and flapped a while longer, knowing you had such accepting friends was amazing! 

The rest of the day went by with all three of you sharing stories and listening to you gush about everything that came to mind till the sun went down. 
"See you two later! It was very nice meeting you Snorkmaiden."
The girls took turns shaking your hand and saying farewells and thanks.
"It was even nicer meeting you (Y/N). Thanks for hosting lunch."
"Yes, thank you (Y/N) i will remember that recipe for another time."
Along the path they vanished. 

Behind your front door you patted your skirt gently then more and more till you were full on flapping again to the butterflies in your stomach. You couldn't wait to see them again or make new friends here.
