"Stop fighting each other and sit down, please." Nayeon said, as she smiled at the two girls, Jennie and Lisa, sitting down.

Since the kiss, Jennie and Lisa had been ignoring each other, their awkwardness infecting even the other girls in their squad, as they were cold as ice.

"Now... Can the two of you talk? Apologize or something." Nayeon said, but Lis scoffed.

"I have nothing to apologize for, Nayeon unnie. I'm not the one who stopped fighting, didn't I?" Lisa said, as Jennie licked her lips.

"Alright, fine. I was the one who didn't fight. I was the one who easily gave up, who didn't even reject the fact that I was going to get married to the man I didn't love, and ended up getting separated just a year later." Jennie said, as she looked at Lisa, waiting for the answer.

"No, you were the one who hurt me deeply. Yes, I kissed you multiple times, from the kitchen to the convenience store. But that was just me assuring myself. That was just me getting realization that even if you had hurt me, left me, rejected me, you were still the one who made my heart flutter a thousand times." Lisa said, crying for the first time in front of Jennie.

"Then why don't you two make up?" Nayeon said.

"I'm afraid she'll hurt me again and again. I've been broken before, I don't want to be broken again. Goodbye, Nayeon unnie."

To Lisa, Jennie was her drug, an addiction she couldn't seem to avoid, a game that even if she loses over and over again, she couldn't quit.

Just like she said to herself, seeing Jennie again made her walls break down.

That damned smile had made her defenses break down in just a second, and it was doing badly for her.

Lisa gritted her teeth as she wiped her tears repeatedly, unsure of what she really wanted.

She fled to Nayeon's room, where she sat down to the bed, ruffling her hair as she felt hollow inside.

Not soon later, the door opened, revealing the cat eyed girl, looking sympathetically as she saw the tall girl's poor state.

"Lisa..."

"Leave me alone." The girl said coldly, but Jennie just moved closer, and hugged the girl, who was struggling.

"Shh... Lisa, calm down, please." Jennie said, her soothing voice calming down the tall girl as Lisa surrendered to her hug, sitting on the older girl's lap, burying her face on Jennie's neck.

"Why are you scared, Lisa?"

"I'm... I'm scared that you would leave me again. I'm scared that if we get back together, our happiness won't last." Lisa said, as she cried.

"No, it wouldn't. I promise--"

"Don't promise if you can't--"

"I promise I can. I would fight for us, Lisa. I won't back down." Jennie said, smiling as she slowly kissed the taller girl, Lisa finally surrendering her last defenses.

"Saranghaeyo, Lisa-yah..."

Lisa gasped in horror as the scene faded before her eyes, darkness taking over her--

"YAH, LISA, WAKE UP!" A loud voice said, startling Lisa as she sat up, the scene disappearing before her eyes.

"A... A dream?" Lisa said, as she clutched her painful head, brought about by a terrible hangover because she had endless bottles of soju the night before.

"You're awake! Oh my God!" The girl said, as Lisa looked questionably at the girl.

"Um... Who are you?"

"My name is Hwang Sinb, your stepsister. Your mother remarried when you were still in a coma."

"A- A coma?"

Then Lisa recalled different scenes, making her forget about her 'dream'.

A series of events...

Lisa climbing over a motorbike as she sped away, saving a girl from a kidnapper before she crashed into a car...

The girl she saved... Why was she so familiar?

"Jennie unnie! Your savior's awake!" Sinb chirped, as the girl went in the hospital room.

"Sorry if you were in a coma for a month before your birthday. Nevertheless, happy birthday, love."

"W-What's your name?"

"My name is Jennie Kim, Miss Lisa Manoban."
