Mina struggled to get up as she felt her head throb painfully, and she couldn't see clearly as she was very dizzy, and she was panicking because she had overslept, as she looked at the watch that read 5:00 PM.

But today was their comeback, meaning she had to get ready as she had been waiting for this for a long time now, and they were needed at the venue by 6:30.

She put on her costume, and managed put a light amount of make up as she covered the signs that she was sick.

She practiced smiling, and was satisfied when she looked at herself in the mirror, finally ready.

Mina went out of her room to see Chaeyoung, in her regular clothes, transferring soup to a bowl. Her eyes widened as she saw Mina getting out of her room fully clothed, so she rushed to the girl and supported her, letting her go back to the room.

"Why are you going out?"

"The comeback stage, Chae. I... We have to perform, and..."

"Jihyo unnie talked to Manager Oppa earlier, and they canceled the event until you get well. Come on, take that off, you're going to rest." Chaeyoung said, and Mina obliged, taking the costume off and letting Chaeyoung help her put on a sweater and shorts, and Chaeyoung grabbed a thick blanket, as Mina had insisted to rest on the sofa bed outside.

Mina smiled, though with pain as she took the blanket from Chaeyoung as the girl went back to the kitchen, and wrapped it around her body, the warmth pleasing but still not enough.

Chaeyoung came back to her, holding a basin full of water and a towel, and proceeded to wipe her forehead and face, the towel becoming dirty from the makeup Mina had put on earlier.

As Chaeyoung went back to the storeroom to get a clean towel, Mina smiled at the little actions the girl was making, impressing her and making her fall deeper.

Yes, she had loved the small girl, from the start. The girl immediately took her attention, and she had been watching the girl from afar, but she had been very afraid to show her feelings for the fear of getting rejected, so she kept it to herself until now.

She smiled as the girl came back, continuing to take care of her and putting a towel on her forehead, as the small girl occasionally stared at her.

"Why are you staring...?" Mina said, suddenly getting conscious of herself as she tried to cover her face even if she was getting more dizzy.

"Don't worry, penguin unnie. You still look beautiful without make up. You should be like Nayeon unnie, confident even without make up." Chaeyoung said, and she laughed, but stop as she clutched her head.

"Baekopayo, Chae..." (I'm hungry, Chae...)

Chaeyoung laughed, and immediately took the bowl of soup from the kitchen, feeding Mina slowly and gently--

"Geugoui tteugobda!" (It's hot!) Mina shrieked, and Chaeyoung panicked as she brought down the bowl and hastily wiped the soup off of the sides of her mouth, and blew on her mouth as she panicked--

Mina laughed loudly, fixing the bangs on Chaeyoung's forehead, and chuckled again.

"I'm not really good at this. Aishh..." Chaeyoung said, frustrated at herself, but Mina, though already weak, touched Chaeyoung's chin, bringing it upward to face her.

"You're doing great, love. I feel better already, don't worry." She said, and managed to clear a space for Chaeyoung to sit next to her.

"Sit here with me, please. I want to sleep."

Chaeyoung obliged, and the latter moved to lean on the younger's shoulder, the younger stiffening but quickly adjusting until the older had been satisfied with their current position, the older clinging as she struggled to sleep.

"Saranghaeyo, Chaengi. Not as a friend, but as a lover, I love you."

Chaeyoung gasped in shock, and was about to say something when she felt the older's steady breaths, and she concluded that the older was now asleep.

"You don't know how long I had been waiting for you to say that, penguin. I love you too, I'll wait for you to be well and take you to a nice date. I love you so much, penguin."

Chaeyoung smiled and slowly fell asleep, unbeknownst to her that Mina was still wide awake, smiling as she heard the small girl's confession, and drifted to sleep as she hugged her, contented.

Bonus:

Three hours later

Jihyo and the others went back after meeting with the managers, having their comeback delayed to make sure that everyone was well.

"Omo~" Dahyun exclaimed, being the first one who entered their dorm.

The five other girls went inside, and they all smiled widely at the sight of Mina and Chaeyoung sleeping on the sofa bed, leaning together, both having smiling faces.

"Awww, They're so sweet... I wish I had one too..." Nayeon said, and Jeongyeon went forward, putting her arm around the bunny.

"Do you want to? Then let's get going, let's date." Jeongyeon said, and Nayeon playfully avoided her, running across the room, waking up the sick Mina.

"You guys are back..." Mina groaned, waking up Chaeyoung in the process.

"Are you okay now, Minari?" Nayeon finally asked, putting a hand on her forehead, and her temperature was now back to normal.

"Yeah, better. So what do you say, Chae? Let's go on a date, a movie date in our room."

The two chuckled, and excitedly ran towards Mina's room, leaving Nayeon inside.

"Now I don't have a room for the moment... Guess I'll snuggle in with Jeongyeon then. Jeongyeonieee!"
