"jinjin-ah!"

soojin fights her smile from coming out as she heard the familiar nickname of hers, the familiar voice and the familiar affection that always makes her smile, no matter what the situation. she looks around subtly and sees shuhua with the camera on her, as the taiwanese pointed to her direction and drew hearts on the air, smiling with love as soojin finally chuckled, but stopped her laugh as soon as it came out.

the camera turned off, and shuhua immediately went to minnie and yuqi, who were eating as soojin sighs, thinking that everything was just a show. shuhua always does that; always calling out and acting all adorable to soojin whenever the camera comes, always confessing her love and showing her affections to the main dancer to the point that it was already annoying (not that soojin didn't like it). but when the cameras turn off and they're in private, the skinship, sweetness and love ends.

soojin watches as shuhua laughs with the foreigner line, talking with each other as the main dancer sighed, wishing that she was there, but she didn't know if the girls would welcome her or even include her in the conversation, but she would admit that she is just shy to do so.

people always call her the tsundere when it comes to skinship and affection, because she always rejects shuhua's attempts of skinship and love, but they don't know that soojin is avoiding it because she is too shy and too panicked to know what to act, and before she could decide she had already pushed the maknae away.

and with every push, the maknae became colder than ever in public.

it is true that soojin had seen shuhua's puffy eyes from crying too much after exiting minnie and yuqi's room, and the main dancer had also noticed how shuhua often ignores her in private, but openly hugs her in public, in front of all the fans, the cameras, in front of the whole world.

"do you think I may have..." soojin asked the captain, as soyeon sighed while typing some lyrics onto her laptop, as soojin had gone onto their leader's room one night while miyeon and shuhua were teasing each other and fighting in minnie and yuqi's room.

"may have what? pushed her too far? you technically raised her up in her first days here; you should know how she acts and its every meaning, more than anyone of us here. even I admit that I haven't been too close with her lately." soyeon said, pointing to her laptop, taking songwriting and producing as an excuse of her lack of affection to the maknae.

"but that's the thing. I feel like I don't know her at all, like she's changed even if it's only a year or so." soojin said, the captain chuckling as she momentarily stopped from what she was doing.

"and you're wondering why shuhua always listens to put it straight when you sometimes visit her room."

that hit her. so bad.

soojin blacked out, unable to say or do anything as she only stared at soyeon, who raised a brow of confusion at the girl's act, but shook it off and continued writing her music.

"s-shildago malhae? but... but why--"

"neon meoreojilkka? nan meoreojilkka? (will you go away? will I go away?) it may be figurative, but i think what you're doing, all the pushing you're doing makes her feel like you want her to leave." soyeon said, reciting some lines from the song as soojin gasped.

"and you just gave me an idea. we're in the middle of queendom, you gave me an idea for a song, so get out, please?" soyeon said, in the most threatening yet kind and polite way possible, as soojin absentmindedly nodded and walked out of the room, and back to the room she was alone in.

"do you really feel that, shuhua?" soojin asked, as she sighed, letting her tears fall.

"aish, why am I feeling like this?" soojin asked herself, her tears falling uncontrollably as she whined at her behavior, hugging her knees like a child.
